Clean place very friendly people Parking is okay if there is no events happening otherwise you will find parking there are pay parkings as well (Steveston village can get very busy)

Sinfully The Best makes the best artisan chocolates in Richmond and they make very delicious baked treats of sugar cookies, cupcakes, short bread cookies and salted caramel and chocolate dipped pretzel sticks too.
This year for my birthday, I ordered a Black Forest cake from Nicole. Nicole did marvelously well with presenting a decadent cake. Don't let the outside appearance of the cake deceive you. It is truly an authentic Black Forest cake inside the cake. It has its kirsch soaked cherries, chocolate devils food cake layers with generous amount of whipping cream. I think I know where to order the next birthday cake!
Update on December 2023: unfortunately the pastry chef does not make anymore whipping cream cakes so don’t bother asking for a Black Forest cake.

Got great service from the owner hersel today! These are the freshest high quality chocolates in the Lower Mainland! Made in house from the best ingredients! They are so delicious! No other chocolates compare. They really are "The Best "!

The store is beautiful the chocolates are excellent but unfortunately my experience with the service was not up to par. I will give the server the benefit of doubt as maybe she was having a really bad day!

What a cute little sweet shop! (except it's not very little, it's actually quite big.)

I was drawn in at first because of the window displays. Once I entered, I was immediately greeted with free samples of their cake! How delightful! Even though they were just samples, they were decorated little cubes of goodness. I loved the attention to detail.

They had cupcakes for sale as well as cakes and lots of chocolates and cookies all over the store. I had to get their cupcake - the seasalt caramel one. It was again delightful once I finally got a chance to eat it. They packed it so well in a cute box and even gave me napkins and utensils to go because she was so considerate of how I would share or eat it later outside. She even gave me a plate so I can take the cupcake out later!

If I lived here, I would totally come here often and try all their desserts. Highly recommend! The service is absolutely top notch and the attention to detail is unparalleled. And of course their desserts are excellent too!

The cupcakes are very delicious, it’s very yummy, not so sweet. The top fillings are very tasty, the bottoms part of cake is not hard, texture is soft, overall is very good cake.

Bigger shop that the previous location that fits in more yummie chocolates and cupcakes that is specially made with love and care. I have received several presents coming from this place during Christmas and other holidays.

I got a chocolate Christmas house from this shop. It was beautifully made by dark chocolate. I kept it at home for a while as decorations, then it became my yummy emergency snack when I was craving for something sweet.

Had Nicole (the baker) made me 50 cookies for my nieces party and boy was she good! She is easy to talk to and very reasonable. Been going to STB since time can remember. Never knew staffs names until recently. Never knew or never remember. One of those! Anyways, they always have samples every time I go in. Anita is one very pleasant person to talk to! I mean, I can talk to her all day, and I would still be fine! Very gentle and nurturing person! If you do not know her, go to their website and click links. She is there!:) This store has different selections of stuff! From chocolates to cakes, jams, truffle (one of my faves!), themed designs. If you are curious on what else they have, go visit! You won’t regret it!

For me this is one of the best place to eat Ramen. My favorite is the Miso Ramen, the brothe is nice and buttery. The chicken karage are huge servings.

They also have a great selection of sake.

I thought the store was beautiful and the service excellent. I only purchased one cupcake as a treat for myself. The packaging was very sturdy (and if it was a gift, I would have appreciated the protection for the cupcake but for me, it was a bit much and a little stiff to open without risking my cupcake getting touched by the box in the process). The cupcake itself was a bit of a disappointment. And a fellow customer gushing to me that the last one she had was the best cupcake she had ever eaten might have set me up a bit more. It was a passionfruit frosting on a chocolate base. The frosting was like eating slightly coloured butter. Decadent, fatty, and hard, but I would have preferred a slightly softer frosting with a little give. I did try some right after it was taken out of the fridge but ate most of it after it had been sitting in my warm car for over two hours and it was still hard. The passionfruit flavour was there, but very subtle. If you call something passionfruit, it should be quite noticable if not intense. I've had an intense passionfruit higher-end chocolate before and the two flavours work well even when they are both intense. The cupcake itself was very crumbly and was falling apart into crumbs (so ultimately it felt dry while eating it). Actually, it was kind of difficult to eat because the frosting was so hard and the cake was so crumbly and I did have to resort to eating it with a fork. I still ate it though. I think it might have been a bad day for them, because looking at some of the photos, the frosting looks a lot creamier. But it was almost $5 and there are rave reviews here, so expectations were high. Felt like flavour was sacrificed for looks. The little square of chocolate decorating the top was wonderfully thin but I think it just tasted of chocolate and not passionfruit. I'm posting this review to temper other people's expectations. I really enjoyed the store though, and I can imagine the tourists loving the air conditioning which was great on a warm day. I would come back and try their chocolates. And I love the Count.

I have tried their chocolates, mousses, cookies, and also ordered cakes from here. Everything is so well made with high quality ingredients. Their cakes especially are beautiful and rich but not heavy! Great service as well. Highly recommend.

Best cupcake I have had in Vancouver! The buttercream is so smooth and rich in flavour, and the price is really reasonable (3.25 each), the service was polite and welcoming and the package is designed with care. What more you can expect? It's funny I have never noticed this place before lol. Will definitely come back to try more. I tried pistachio and dark chocolate cup cake, and they are both really tastey.

Beautiful place for some amazing cupcakes! We had to wait a while to load up on these mini cakes. Their new store was undergoing renovations. Just checked the new place out. Very swanky almost like a jewelry store. Great place - can't wait to come back again.

They have the most wonderful chocolates here. Sometimes after work I go and buy myself a treat and it's always worth it.

Never been unhappy with anything I've purchased here. Love buying little chocolate gifts -they're always devoured within minutes of the recipient receiving them! I never leave without buying something for myself.

Love STB chocolate (and sample mousse cups), and various custom chocolate mold shapes for various celebrations. Sell gift items other than chocolate (ie.spreads, snacks, handmade jewerlly) for non-sweettooth fans. Had chocolate/dessert workshop lessons throughout each year but currently cancelled due to covid (recommend lemon desserts class once back).

• they have these French fruit infused Bon bons that are to DIE FOR. They are somehow so juicy and fruity. You have to ask them about it. I picked up a bag of yuzu and passion fruit but will be back for the raspberry

Amazing boxed chocolates! One of the best ones in Vancouver area. They are by weight and you can pick your own flavours. Once you have these you’ll never be buying those larger brands like Purdys and Godiva again.

Passed by many times but finally went in after having a chocolate craving from watching a bean to bar YouTube video. The short grey curly hair lady was super friendly and welcoming. She explained every kind of chocolate as she refilled the display case. Her explanation made me want to try everything! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Beautiful chocolates which surpassed my expectations. Better than some of the downtown chains at the same market position.

Their hand craft chocolates are superb, fell in love with their chocolates after having the first one. They have a wide variety of flavours, and some may offer a mouthful of different textures. They are feasts to the eyes as well with their beautiful look. Staff are also friendly and knowledgeable, and they put in so much effort in wrapping the chocolate nicely for you too.

I love this spot. My favourite local chocolatier because not only do they have delicious chocolate, but the staff and customer service there has always *always* been fantastic. They are caring and also often offer samples for you to try out (although not during the pandemic).

I love this stores’ chocolate so much. There is not one single chocolate item that I’ve tried from Sinfully The Best that I didn’t absolutely love. This store has tons and tons of tiny little treats of all kinds. They have mint, salted caramel, strawberry, orange, cherry, rice krispie, peanut butter, almond and spicy chocolates. They have holiday and special occasion bundles that you can give to family or friends as gifts. They also offer samples to all everyday people who happen to walk into their wonderful sweet shop. If any tourists reading this are visiting Steveston and wondering where to go, I highly recommend coming to Sinfully The Best. You’d definitely be in for a treat!

If you like chocolate, you have to check this place out. I don't like it myself, and I love this store. Everything that I bought and gave away as gifts was greatly appreciated by my friends. The chocolates are beautiful and the presentation is fantastic. I just want to go and buy more so that I can give it away and see the look of delight on the faces of my friends.
