Just had my first class with Sydney and she is absolutely awesome! Make you feel comfortable and confident the whole time while still giving good constructive criticism! I would highly recommend for anyone that’s ever wanted to try)

Three words. Un. Be. Lieveable. If you’re new to pole, or are wanting to try. Sydney is the most AMAZING instructor. Trust me, if you were not feeling yourself before, you WILL BE after just one class! I kid you not. I’ve been taking lessons from her for almost a month now, and it’s been amazing having her by my side and watching my progress! I’ve improved so much technically, because she is willing to break it down in a way that best speaks to you. She is the most supportive and encouraging teacher, because it reaaaaally can get tough sometimes. But I honestly feel like I am fulfilling my best potential every time I walk out of a class. 15/10 would recommend. Experienced or not, she is absolutely fanTASTIC!

I love going here! Sydney is a wonderful and patient teacher, always taking care to show me the proper moves and techniques. If you're looking for a fun workout, I highly recommend giving Sydney a call!

Really fun experience! It was my first time trying out any sort of fitness class and I absolutely love it! Sydney is really accommodating to your schedule and is very encouraging when trying new things.

If you have come this far in search for pole dance class and curious about what Sydney offers, you should definitely give it a try. Not only she is super friendly, fun and full of energy, but also very professional and meticulous in details while you are getting individually targeted training. I realized that pole dancing is a lot harder than it looks but sooooo much fun learning from Sydney. I could not ask for any better!

Sydney is a fantastic instructor. She really puts an emphasis on student success, safety, and fun. I'm so glad I started taking pole and especially with her.
