I was really impressed with this little place! Amy was very nice and did a good job on my pedi. Inviting and reasonably priced.

I had the guy Ricki and he was the best I've ever had. It's definitely my to go to place now

Whenever my mother in law is in town we come here because of the great service. She's had issues with a nail in the past and they know to do and go above and beyond to make sure she's happy with the result.

Jim and I attended this Salon this morning. We are old with bad backs and can’t care for our nails anymore. What a treat and very affordable. A nice family business with very nice staff. Also affordable! Thank you.

I come here a lot to get a shellac manicure and they do such a good job. Since my nails grow slow, the shellac always lasts about 4 weeks and it has never gotten chipped or come off. Service is good, the staff are very nice. I think I've had just about every staff there work on my nails and they are all very good. Prices are also good and affordable. And if you call to book an appointment on the same day, they'll always try to fit you in. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

First time there, best day ever, first time having a manicure and it was the best ever, I think I napped for a bit cuz it felt so good

Had toe cut and got infected for 3 days. I don't understand why the attendants are always so rough with the massaging and working your toes and webbing. I had to keep reminding her to do it gentle its my feet not a lump of dough. I stand all the time and this is the 3rd place I have been to and now search for number 4

My daughter had a gift certificate for a manicure which expired on December 23 2020 we called 1st week of December to book her in Vicky said thry were to busy to fit her in I had stated that thr gift card will expire he said that's ok you can use it whenever you book an appointment I asked him again is there any time limit he said no. We booked an appointment his wife said she will not accept thr gift card I told her Vicky had said it was ok she said sshe is not aware of what he said and wouldn't accept it. She was yelling over the phone no customer service skills at all. Did not listen to anything I was trying to say.
Very unprofessional. They don't care about therecustomer's we will definitely not be returning to her nail spa. They say one thing and don't honor it.

This is my favourite nail place! The staff are so nice and welcoming, and they always do such a great job and put a lot of care into making sure your nails look nice. I also find that my shellac lasts a lot longer than when I get it done at other salons. I don't even know why this is but I don't really get any chips or anything until about the third week whereas I've gotten chips within a week sometimes from other salons. Only problem is, I wish it weren't so far away from me! But i always hold off on getting my nails done in Vancouver if i know I can make it out to Sirs and Hers.

I have come here several times and receive the best service ever! Vicky and his sister do an amazing job and I have never had a complaint.

Unfortunately, yesterday I went to get my usual service (shellac). The lady who was doing my nails is new there. I had nail polish on my skin and cuticles. It looked absolutely messy. She was done my shellac in 10 minutes. Usually it takes 20-30 minutes.

After I was done. I expressed myself to Vicky and shared that I was unhappy with this service and that I come here all the time and have never had an issue. Vicky stated that "she was in a rush to get home to her baby. I am sorry for this. " My sister in law who was also getting her nails done asked if he could fix my nails for me. As there was another client waiting he was unable too (understandable). My issue is.if I am paying for a full service.that quality should be given. I don't care if she needed to get home asap. I should have been given the same quality that is always given as I paid full price for the service as usual. Also I did not walk in for the service. I booked this appointment 2 days prior.

I am really happy with the services provided from Vicky and his sister. Unfortunately the response that I was given left me feeling upset. Vicky did state that next time I call in and book an appointment, I can request to have him do the shellac.

I love Kim and Amy. Great place, so fast and probably the best my nails have ever looked. I love how they help the men there too so my boyfriend doesn't feel uncomfortable. Great job you guys! Kim's the best for manicure and Amy rocks at pedicures!

This has always been my favorite place to have my nails done. The care and remember their customers! I hadn't been able come see them for a few years but they still remembered me right away (WITH a mask!) They are all so amazing!
