Amazing Sales Team! Ethan and Asuys (sorry for misspelling!) Honest, patient, and accommodating. The whole team loved my dog and had treats and showed my kids what Ford was all about! Definitely a family friendly team!

I had new 2023 Ford Transit cargo van camperized and needed to reinsure it as a motorhome. I contacted ICBC and various brokers numerous times about how to do this. Every time I got different answers. I tried talking to inspection service centres. Same thing no help and no one cared. I finally contacted Skaha Ford and set up an appointment. Ryan in service had a look at the Van and was unsure how to proceed. He said leave it with me and I will make some calls and figure it out, A few hours later I get a call. Ryan and Maxxam Insurance had figured it out. A quick inspection and off to Maxxam insurance and we now have insurance for a motorhome. So the take away from this is Ryan actually cared enough to help me figure it out. AND he called me the next day to see how it all worked out!
Skaha Ford and Maxxam insurance have my business from now on.

I have been into Skaha Ford a couple of times for service and Ryan was so accommodating to get my truck in and looked at.and again this morning i just came in to get a price on a front brake job for my truck.he gave me a quote and told me he would have it done within 2 hrs. Both Ryan and Sean (shop Forman) have been just great to deal with.
Brad Jingoe has every right to feel so proud of his dealership.you just don't find service like this anymore.

Had our Ford Flex towed to Skaha Ford and have been dealing with Alex. I won't bore you with the details other than to say this happened 8 days before Christmas and 4 days before my family arrives from California (6ppl). Alex and the team have been brilliant. Mike at Skaha Ford was undeniably the BEST car salesman I’ve EVER encountered! I was so sad to lose my previous car and he made this extremely stressful situation much easier! His calming approach (never pushy) was something I’ll never forget! Very kind and always responds quick! Make sure you hit up Mike when you go!

I brought in a Ford work truck with a broken door fob that would not enable me to disengage the alarm and unlock the door. The staff saved me money on sourcing a replacement fob first and then tested and reprogrammed the original fob, so I did not have to pay for new parts. After all that, and shuttles to and from work, they didn't charge me anything! I've never had such honest generous service at a dealership in my lifetime.

Dealership is fine but avoid the parts and service at all costs. Stopped taking my vehicles for service here as they come out broken after they fix warranty issues. Found the BMO on battery cable was melted so ordered up the new one and parts guy said parts will be here day after next but neglected to say that half the order is coming from Ontario so that half is still a week out, when I went to grab today. Now I’m out a vehicle till that comes as car needs it to operate. Could have received it faster shopping online.

I have a long story but will hit the highlights! Drove from Calgary 3 days ago and got to 10 km out of penticton. Car was overheating and doing weird things. Limped it to skaha Ford walked in and said to the assistant manager? Of service Ryan and said that I had an issue and asked if he could get it looked at. He said have a seat and I'll get it in. 25 minutes later he came back and said sorry but it's done and expensive to fix. So I said what are my options? New vehicle! Thanks for the great service I'll be back. Sean the service Forman explained to me that I could get a good used one or look into new. So I met with the finance lady Candace who introduced me to a great sales man Rob! He walked me through everything and set up a great deal on a new plug in hybrid. His manager did everything he could to get me into a new escape and a great deal with a payment I could handle. So while sitting there a lady sales rep Ella Hamilton asked me what was going on and I told her my dilemma while staying at a golf resort 20km out of town! Bears there and no bbq to cook 14 steaks for our group and she said that she lived 1 minute down from the resort! She said use my bbq! I said that it would be awesome! I told her that I would be there in a couple minutes and she even lit the bbq before I got there and had it ready to go! Everyone in our group was blown away by the way she helped us! Every one of the staff at skaha Ford went above and beyond the service level you will never find anywhere! Candace the finance person for skaha made sure to explain everything about the process and even a couple of really important things that were not mentioned before the finalized deal was done! If you don't go see these people in penticton you will never know what real customer service and sales and service department really should be everytime you walk into a Ford dealership! I am also writing a personal letter to the owner and letting him know that his staff thinks the world of him as well! Thanks skaha Ford staff! I owe u guys!

Spoiler Alert contrary to popular belief, not all salesman are crooks! Anyone who knows me or follows me for that matter, knows how much I trade in vehicles. Long story short, I’ve been upside down in my vehicles a very long time. @cassidy.barron_ is a very good friend of mine and worked to get me on a 5 year term at 0.99% interest out of my 7 year 9% interest term on my Denali. My cost of borrowing went from $35,000 down to $2700 and on a shorter term with only $200 added to my payment monthly. If you are in the market for a new ford, I would highly recommend giving Cassidy a visit @skahaford, he will 100% take care of you and make your new purchase effortless and seamless and fully transparent! Been dealing with their service department for years, still dysfunctional after all this time. You walk in and you feel like you are intruding on them. One service individual is always grumpy.they should not be in the service industry!
