I recently visited your store in Coquitlam and was impressed by the extensive shoe collection and the friendly staff who promptly assisted and guided me. I would highly recommend the store for acquiring the comfortable shoes that Skechers is renowned for.

We went last night 30 minutes before closing to exchange the shoes. The Indian sales lady was rude. She looked at my family members weird. When I asked for help she disappointed me. At one point she raised her voice at me saying “I told you already”. I wanted to exchange my shoes, but I changed my mind due to the sales lady disappointing me with her attitude.

I visited this store 10 days back, the staff was very welcoming and professional.
I was confused in choosing the right pair for my self, so one of the sales person Piyush helped me select the best shoe type according to my usage.
Have been wearing those shoes for more than a week now, I am more than satisfied for what I got form his advise.

I am using Skecher’s shoes since many years, awesome shoes. I bought two pairs of shoes few days back also. But the customer service of the store is not up to the mark. I get the feeling the salespeople are not happy, what is more important is that welcome atmosphere is not there.

Recently visited this store and unfortunately had a negative experience with one of the employees, Diana. Her behavior towards me and my family especially my mother was rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's a shame that one employee's behavior can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise decent company. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue so that other customers don't have to go through the same unpleasant experience.

If she thinks she is not happy with her job then she needs to think about a different position.

This is the second time Im visiting the store, today with my family, what was note worthy was their excellent customer service by the staff. Thankfully I made them write their names on my receipt and I would really appreciate if the company would notice them. Their names are Victoria, Kriti, Neda and Ikshaa. We had to take all their help to find some good comfy shoes for my kids and my wife which eventually led me to find a pair too. I am really pleased with the store's welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this store.

It's big and they have a large selection for runners but they need more selection for sandals, flats and boots.

Went to this store for the 2nd time. 1st time had perfect service. This time was fantastic service as well.
This time we met a staff person named Conner. Conner is super professional, kind and attentive. We found the perfect shoe for a very particular 13 year old. Could not have done it without Conner.

I love my Skechers, but this location never has much in my size (10), so my options are limited. Sure a staff member (once I found one) offered to call around to find sizes, but they won't have them brought to this store, you have to go and pick them up. I'm not driving all over the lower mainland with these gas prices. The shoe prices are high enough. This is why people are turning more to online shopping and physical stores are going out of business. Going that extra mile for the customer doesn't happen anymore.

Awesome service. Most places it's hard to find help these days, but I was so happy to get the help I needed. With a wide foot, shoes are hard to find that fit and it makes it so much easier that they have a wide foot aisle. However, even though they are advertised as wide width the selection for women wasn't as wide as they should be and I was still unable to find a pair that fit me best. I ended up buying mens runners simply for comfort.

Diana, was excellent. She booked our shoes we don't find anywhere. Personally greeted and assisted us. And made our Shopping experience phenomenal. She is Your SUPERSTAR at Sketchers Factory Outlet. Me and my Mom are Super Happy Customers. Will be returning each time.

Just bought 2 pair of shoes at the Coquitlam Factory Outlet. There is a sale going on where the 2nd pair is 50%off. All of the staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful.

Reason to go here: Variety Variety and Variety, plus great customer service. So many shoes and other items to choose from.

Customer Service top notch too. We got there 15 mins to close but they never rushed us and Infact helped us find the perfect shoe. Thank you ladies

Only complaint maybe is deals are fairly irregular but that's okay because variety trumps that.

I wish I could give them Zero, worst customer service ever and the associates are not welcoming at all, they dont answer your questions and not helpful when finding an item. The brand should take a close look at them.

Went to Langley location and the male employee was very helpful. The tall long dark haired lady just told me to go up to the counter and the OTHER employees would help me. Not professional! Especially when she was heading the same way and took over one of the cash registers to look at an item. This location only had one set of runners so he called the Coquitlam location to put on hold the second pair. Coquitlam location had same prices. Lots of parking at both locations, both very clean. I would recommend these locations.

The assistant manager Waheeda is awesome - her customer service was top notch - will definitely be returning to buy new shoes when needed.

Great deals if you go in the sales time. Not much of a difference otherwise. Bobbs where a great selection and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It is a factory outlet, so not all sizes are available all the time.

Only one staff member who knows nothing about customer service.
No sizes, the staff member doesn't even scan a shoe but just tells you she doesn't have the size. Absolutely no greetings by staff member even if it is 1030 in the morning. No wonder people are shifting to online shopping. That way you don't have to deal with rude employees.

Deepak is the owner. He is so nice. My friend said jokingly it was a celebration and he gave us free desserts. Indian hospitality at its best.

Its probably the manager and she has the worst customer service, very rude to customer approaching them and rumbling about her store rules instead of politely instructing the CUSTOMER. The other staff were nice and friendly though

A factory outlet with a good selection of the brand’s shoes. Customer service is awesome, in particular by Diana (who is super helpful and also speaks Spanish).

Excellent selection of comfy Sketchers shoes and really friendly and helpful staff. The prices are great especially if you buy a second pair at 50% off.

If you're looking for something specific its hard to find. Very picked over. Prices weren't that great.b

I was one of the loyal customer of Skechers but from now on announce publicly they do not respect their customer. Respect to customers in this branch is awful. It is very weird that their managers are worse than other staff. One of managers called Lida does not know how to behave with her customer. On February 10th, 2021, I went to give my wife's back because they were not comfortable. Lida (the manager) told me shoes have already used outside although it had just been tried on the Skecher's store acouple of days ago. I told her please trust me and I am not going to lie you. In a sentence, Skechers in the coquitlam branch not only respect its refund policy, but also does not respect customer. In addition, I have already experienced that its closing time have been atleast an hour less than what they have written on their website.

Good price and you will always find a deal so that you get better price as compared to mall price.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Staff was crowding me, talking amongst themselves, not helpful at all. The so called manager was even worst. She would be leaning on the shelves clicking here pen none stop standing only steps away from me. They have no respect for social distancing. There must have been 7 people on staff, no one helped me with sizing or change rooms. All they did was crowd me. I will drive to Surrey or shop somewhere else next time. I'm sure they couldn't care less. Worst manager ever. Evil.

You would notice there are many comments reporting bad customer service within few months in Coquitlam Sketchers outlet. This store was one of our favorite store for shoes;however, I experienced worst customer service today from staff who was in Cashier (cashier id: 103672). She was extremely rude and unpleasant person who would not be working in customer relation job field.

Nothing in size 14 or 15 and prices were nothing different than anywhere else and more expensive than what you can buy online. Glad I was in the area and didn't make a special trip. Also parking is an absolute nightmare there. I'll never go back.
