Great staff. I'm so grateful for helping me with the questions that I recently had, I especially remember Ethel. Despite being busy she took the time to show me the winter boots that I was looking for. I've worked in retail before and I understand how hard it can be to assist many people at the same time.

The woman who helped me seemed very happy to help me size a pair of boots I was looking at. When we realized they didn’t have my size in stock she was able to tell me which store had a pair on hand.

When I went in to Sketchers today I was in a bit of a rush as I was late to work and needed a new pair of comfy shoes. I could see that the two workers were quite busy, but Malak still took the time to come over to me with a smile on her face to help me find the perfect pair and grabbed multiple different sizes and styles for me to try. Thanks to Malak I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the perfect pair:)

Teresa was very helpful in helping my mother purchase a pair of sandals and runners with arch support. She was very patient and was able to determine which size (wide) would be more comfortable for her. She also agreed to refunding the sandals we bought from Tsawwassen Mills Skechers as it did not have any arch support. This resulted in customer care and satisfaction. Thanks TERESA for your excellent customer service!

Actually I just bought the bundle a few hours ago. The product is good but I think you should train your staff to make customers feel comfortable in your store.

Went in looking for new running shoes. Dalton was really helpful explaining the different styles and helped me find some good ones.

Don't trust the fake reviews. We were quite disappointed with the service here. The staff is not welcoming or helpful. They seem to favor only certain demographics and treat guests unfairly. The staff never bothered to help us, even after numerous requests. It's a shame that the prior management is no longer there. The prior management was much more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Please train your staff to treat all guests equally.

Tiffany at Richmond Center was friendly, knowledgeable about product and very accommodating. This has led me to yet another great experience in this store which makes a trip from Vancouver worth the while. Thank you Tiffany!

Bought a shoe that was not comfortable as I expected it. So I went to exchange it and Eugene was really helpful. I found what I wanted and the shoes I bought are much more comfortable to wear.

I usually write short reviews but I'm so pleased with the customer service so I'm writing a long review.

There are two types of sales persons a) push sellers and b) pull sellers.

Push sellers convince the customers to purchase an item while pull sellers probes the needs of the customer, then educates the customer. Push sellers gets gains faster but exhausts less effort versus pull sellers who exhaust more effort but can get gains passively.

While inside the Skechers store inside Richmond Center (store 272), I encountered a personnel who a) asked for my intended use of the shoe b) educated me on the technology behind the comfort of the soles c) gave recommendations. I also noticed that the employee was alone in the store but was able to attend to the inquiries and fittings of many customers.

Because of the effort that the employee gave in answering all my questions, I now know that skechers is a great brand. Now, Im an owner of a very comfortable walking shoe. (I walk 7km daily and stand for more than 10 hours in a day)

I will definitely bring my wife and son to the Skechers store in Richmond and Purchase shoes for them.

I hope all personnel in the sales roles had the enthusiasm, passion, and style of Dalton.

They NEVER have any of the sizes that we ask for; this has been ongoing for more than a year. Their prices are way higher than Soft Moc as well. I don’t understand how they stay in business. Why bother with a stand alone store?

Friendly and very helpful staff. They do not have the shoe size that I'm looking for they check the stock for me at other locations

Whats happening sketchers are going neck to neck with Nike and Adidas. I think the brand is over priced

I've been shopping at the Richmond center location for a long time now, I have to say that their shoes are so comfortable for me with back pain. It Helps a lot when they have sales, I buy a few pairs they can be such a good deal.not to forget the staff, they're super nice and manger there so nice?
