My elderly mom has been trying to get some shoes for a while. We headed into the Skechers store at Guilford with high hopes. A very pleasant fellow came to check on us and ended up helping us through the whole process. Lorne was kind, friendly and funny. More importantly he was super patient as we sorted out sizes and colour options. He made mom comfortable and made sure she got everything she needed (yes, it was a very successful shop!). Thanks Lorne! I'm sure we'll be seeing you again!

This is a public service announcement. LORNE is a knowledgeable, positive and caring Salesman. It makes me wonder why he is not the manager of the store. The other staff were great but LORNE has taken a manic mundane Monday trip for shoes into a full serve experience not found by 99% of other retailer experiences. LORNE I salute you buddy, looking forward to more HE-MAN references and learning at the “feet” of a true professional.

Had a fantastic experience with store associate Lorne. He's such a helpful guy and patiently answered all my questions.

Staff here doesn't bother whether the customer needs something or any query, they just do ignore the customer

Very bad service, not cooperate staff. I buy shoes from them wear ones hoing back return they denied to return.

I had to buy some shoes in a hurry… I was greeted by Kier as soon as I walked in… He was friendly and very helpful, offering me different options for what I was looking for… The other sales person that was there also offered help and I ended up getting something that I really like and was very comfortable… I highly recommend this store!
