Mike was great to deal with and really helped me with my first e-bike purchase. I can not recommend Mountain Lifestyle enough. I will be returning for all bike and ski related purchases.

Brought my mountain bike in to get a repair and a basic tune up. The service was excellent, they didn’t try and upsell or fix anything that didn’t require fixing which is my experience at fresh air. Fair pricing, will be back for my next service.

Just purchased 2 e-bikes from this store and are very happy with them! We are seniors and we can now go out and tackle those hills with ease!

Best place to visit before any outdoor activity. I always get my ski tuned here before season but they also great summer hiking and biking gear.

Due to air travel delays, I wasn’t going to make it before the store closed and I had to start early the next morning before the store opened for a work trip. Went in to rent a full ski package for a couple days. I was in and out in less that 20 minutes. A lot quicker than doing it up on the mountain.

Awesome little shop. They carry horsefeathers apparel. The owner was great and even threw in a free gift worth $25 for my daughter.

I ordered a pair of skis on line last year, when I picked them up at the store, due to an inventory error in the system, the skis that I ordered were not available. Mike, the owner, very apologetic gave me an upgrade for the same price with the option of returning them at the end of the season if I didn't like them. Of course I didn't return them because I loved them and I had a great season with my new skis. Thank you so much!

I was in need of snowshoes for the Expedition Canada Adventure Race in June. So you can imagine, finding a place that rents snow equipment in June was not exactly easy to come by. After a few phone calls, I connected with Mountain Lifestyle and they went above and beyond to dig out some snowshoes for me and essentially enabled me to complete the race course.

Excellent service, I recommend them to all. Mike took good care of me when purchasing Function skies for my girl.

Spoke to Mike over the phone to order a pair of skis at closing late last week. He installed bindings, sent me photos, and had them shipped out the very next morning. The skis arrived at my door after only 4 business days. Super happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to order from Mountain Lifestyle again.

We wanted seasonal ski rentals for our 13YO and went to Ski Outlet 10 min before closing on a Saturday. They were super helpful, set us up and no worries to stay a bit late to help us out. Highly recommend.

Five Star Service! Just walked out with a brand new Bataleon snowboard! Staff were super helpful and answered all my questions guiding me to the perfect board for my riding needs. The price was good too! The feel of the shop is super friendly and laid back. Customer service is amazing and the owner (Mike) is a local family man here in Kelowna who has been in the industry for years. They know their stuff! Highly recommend if you’re looking for some gear to get you on the mountain this season!

Had an issue with their online ordering, but they quickly fixed it and hooked me up with an equivalent/better product as a result. Customer service was great, but I suggest contacting them via facebook as that got the fastest replies. Will definitely be buying from them again!

Absolutely great service, pricing and extremely knowledgeable staff! Mike was able to hook me up with a new pair of skis that I love- with bindings and a full wax for a wicked price! He even let me bring my dog in the store for a hangout while we waited and brought everything to my vehicle at the end. Highly recommend this place:)

We came in near the end of the day to have our little ones fitted for some year long rentals.
The place was packed, but Jordan was really quick, and got everyone sorted out in the store.

The ski rentals were good quality and in great shape, and the price was reasonable.

Only wish I would’ve known about this place sooner!

Jordan was very helpful in finding a great starter board for my partner. Had answers to my questions and useful insights but also admitted when my questions went beyond his knowledge. Overall great experience and plan to go back for more equipment.
