I came here for a mani pedi before my vacation and it was great. Friendly Staff who are chatty but not too chatty, lots of colours to choose from and very clean! I will come back

Using my co workers account as I don't want to be identified. Front desk lady was rude and uncomfortable to be around. I didn't get the full duration of my service. The massage room was stinky and the sheet was covered in hair. I don't recommend. Very unhappy

Used this place a couple times and would recommend. I came across an issue that I addressed directly to them via phone and it was easily resolved. I look forward to my next visits

Got a massage by Vaneeta and the room smelt awful. Sweat and body odor it was disgusting. Unsure if it was the person before me or my RMT. I highly suggest you fix this issue

Had a wonderful experience again.the staff is always friendly and professional! I had my lips blushed with Carma, she was amazing.very detailed and precise. She made me feel so comfortable I'm looking forward to my 2nd touch up!

I have been coming to Skin Concepts for a few years and I love their facials. However, as of last month, I received a facial with Deslyn. I’ve never had her as my aesthetician and I believe she is fairly new to Skin Concepts. My experience with her was not good at all and was frankly quite bad. I have fairly clear skin and was experiencing a bit of a break out when I went to get my facial with Deslyn. She was quite rude while in the process of doing my facial but I brushed it off at the time and when speaking to my friend’s and family later on, they believed that she was being quite rude to me and was giving me the wrong information. She blatantly mentioned that I have very bad skin even though I have always received compliments for my clear skin. Furthermore, she was pushing products on me like no tomorrow. I felt pressured to buy products I never wanted to buy and when asking information regarding other brands, she would tell me that she didn’t know of them even though I would ask about Sephora based products that are quite popular. Furthermore, she misdiagnosed my skin and told me that my skin was dry even though my dermatologist and other estheticians have told me that I have normal to oily skin. Lastly, ever since I had my facial with her last month, my skin has been breaking out like crazy like it has never done so before in my life. I understand that there is a process called purging after a facial, however, it’s been far too long and my skin is way worse than before my facial. I also noted while during the facial, I felt quite underwhelmed and as if she did not do enough compared to the other aestheticians at Skin Concepts. I also felt that she spent a very short time on extractions and may have not completed the extraction process properly. I enjoy Skin Concepts but because of my recent experience with Deslyn, I am not sure if I will go back.

I just got off the phone with Nicky from Skin Concepts and the team is great! They’re willing to offer credit for a facial with Anna who is an amazing aesthetician at Skin Concepts and my go to. They were also willing to refund the product that I bought. Thanks Skin Concepts team for getting back in such a quick and efficient manner and resolving my concerns!

I brought my mother here for early Mother's day pedicures. This is something we have been doing for over 10 years, and it's easy to say this is the best experience we have ever had. Raj and Harp were amazing. They were so good at what they were doing, but they were also amazing women who made it such a fun time. We left with beautiful feet and smiles on our faces. HUGE thank you to these two wonderful ladies.

I usually have a good experience here. Verna is awesome and I always have great results from her. However, I booked a skin peel and had another staff member do my facial and I honestly felt very ripped off. She did not put in any effort, rushed it, and my skin was quite sore and red after. I have had this procedure done may times. The amount I paid for this makes me very upset and I am considering not coming back to this spa again.

Had my first facial at this location, unbelievable service and place! I have been going to different places all over lower mainland and this is by far the best one. I had the Age Corrective Illuminating Facial (adjusted for me) with Sheila; she did a outstanding great job (incl.back scrub/exfoliation; foot massage; head massage; arm massage). Not just the facial (use Eminence) everything was very professional and most important very relaxing! Thank you so much.see you in 8 weeks.

The Alumier facial is worth every penny! You get your back, arms and feet exfoliated as well as a mini neck massage. My face is bright and more even toned after this facial. The seaweed mint mask is glorious. Its my favourite part of the facial. My only complaint is that I feel rushed after every treatment and I've had 3 Alumier facials this year. I like to spend time looking at products for purchase and I have always bought like 2-3 products afterwards. Not sure why they're in such a hurry?

I've had manicures, pedicures, eyebrow tinting, eyebrow shaping, and bikini waxing done here. Very clean, welcoming place. I visit regularly and highly recommend it.

Highly recommend this spa. I always feel special and welcome in this place, no matter what type of service. Its a great atmosphere and the owners are fastidious about ambiance, decor, product selection as well as top notch service. Their people are the best! ~been going at least 10 years.

I had a great experience getting my eyebrows microbladed by Carma. I had wanted it done for years but was nervous that I wouldn't like them. I went in for a quick consult, and all of my worries vanished. She paid attention to everything I said, and made sure the colour matched exactly what I wanted. I told her I wanted a more natural look. The procedure was quick, and the room was clean and bright, and Carma made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The photo is before touch ups, and I'm so impressed with the way they turned out! Would recommend microblading with Carma to everyone!

First time here and I sadly left unimpressed. Booked an hour long RMT massage and asked for a few specific areas to be focused on and instead I received a full body massage. It felt like she was moving through a routine. Even though she asked if I wanted full body or a specific area (which is what I wanted), she did a full body massage. I wanted my neck, shoulders and back done and I said if there is time my calf’s. I said if you feel tension or a knot in the areas I asked for, I’d love for you focus on working through that. Unfortunateluck barely any pressure was applied, she never stopped to work on a tight spot or knot. It felt like a rub not a massage. Then she moved to areas I hadn’t asked for and I would have to say, more time was spent on other areas. I didn’t ask for arms, hands, feet, butt, thigh, and scalp/head. But so much time was spent in those areas and it would have probably be fine if she applied pressure. But her touch was so soft and she never asked how it was going or how was the pressure. I didn’t feel comfortable asking for something different or to point out that I had wanted more focus on my back. I wish my experience was different and perhaps I should have spoke up more, but that’s not always an easy thing when you are in the moment.

Great experience, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Steeles was an excellent rmt! Also Anna was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend skin concepts.

This is a great little spa. The setup is great, the ambiance is relaxing. They introduced me to my new favourite lotion by Barefoot Venus. The most amazing part of this spa though is the RMTs. I really don't want to reaveal their names because I want to keep them for myself & my partner, but they are just too good to keep them a secret. Sarah & Steele are some of the best RMTs you will ever meet. Sarah has helped me with my frozen shoulder when no other treatments were working & Steele helped my partner become comfortable with getting massages. My partner mentioned at our last session how Steele got rid of his headache. They also have some great specials on other spa services, but I just need to find the time to take advantage of them. I definitely will one day.

Nicole is truly amazing, I have never met anyone more experienced, I will always go to her from now one, this spa is beautiful and the staff are always so friendly & kind. Definitely recommended!

I was a regular customer since summers & was trying one & other facials & even various products to see if atleast something work for me. Last month I paid $451.50 altogather & had a detoxifying package for 3 sittings meant for acne & scars especially mentioned by them even over the form I filled out. I had it every 2-3 weeks. On the day of 1st sitting before starting it the girl already told me that your skin is looking clearer than before. But after 1st sitting I noticed no difference, until the end of 3rd sitting I had acne & scars.
The worst thing was instead of looking at face & agreeing to me, the girl said no i see huge difference on your face & told me i will have management to call you but then the manager also who never had a look at my face & told me the same thing that MY STAFF GIRL said that your skin looks way better.

Let me tell you one thing that every salon says their services/products are amazing, nobody says if they are not good but it’s only true when customer says it.

So, let customer feel & say after, not just say my staff said, it did good.
