It is so clean, professional and beautiful inside the clinic, the ladies at the front desk give such warm energy. And Dr. Neitzel's skills are extremely professional and precise, I was blown away with the incredible results of my under eye area before to after. He is absolute perfection with his work, I could not be happier. I will be returning for future treatments and I highly recommend this place for all your beauty needs! Most amazing place for any treatment! Dr. C and Dr. N are amazing with botox. Dr. N is amazing with complex treatments like Belcyra treatment and lips. Most physicians not to be mean but are typically smug and mean to someone like me that is a body positive woman (size 12) that is judged all the time because I look like I wear no make-up - so a lot of people judge me even though I am an educated woman and run my own business. So, I have and know what it is like to be mistreated by physicians - based on being judged for my size and looks. But Dr. N and Dr. C are laid back and have a chill vibe about them. There is zero judgment for how you look and that is amazing to go somewhere where you can feel comfortable and feel like all they do is make you more beautiful - enhance your beauty. I remember not doing this for myself for years and years because I would justify I shouldn't being a mom. I finally treated myself after so many years - the results felt amazing! I am so happy that Dr. N is such a humble and caring physician - and whenever he isn't available Dr. C is also really great! Thanks so much to both of you and your office staff that are so sunny like sunshine!

Also, I wanted to add that Dr. N is a gem and there is no one out there like him. The ones downtown Vancouver - not to be mean - but do terrible things to peoples faces and lips. I have seen a family member of mine have her lips ruined by a physician (one was an OBGYN from South Africa and one was a Psychiatrist) downtown Vancouver - they are the equivalent of some of the scarry Hollywood physicians like Dr. Rian Maercks in Miami, Florida - they call him the Miami Butcher for a reason. Some physicians know they lack integrity with their work and yet still practice in aesthetics and/or plastic surgery - when maybe they should only be doing Family Practice if they are that terrible. I am thankful that Dr. N and Dr. C are talented and have integrity. They care about you as their patient and it is genuine. I really think how fortunate I am to have found this place and can trust that they will never do too much on your face just to charge you more money. They will always do what looks good on you and won't overfill your face for the wrong reasons. They receptionists go the extra mile and I see their elderly clients they help them a lot by helping park their vehicles or what have you. They are very sweet - all of them!

I celebrated my 32 birthday yesterday and I’ve always wanted my frown to be gone and a lip flip! I couldn’t be happier with my first time. Everyone was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the procedures.
I love how they have flat rates so you know exactly what you pay, most importantly you don’t feel a thing! *mindblown*

I think it’s important in this type of environment for clients to feel comfortable, but unfortunately I felt as though my Botox injector nurse was unfriendly and unwelcoming. She also was not informative when I would ask a question. That being said, the receptionist Tatum and the laser hair removal girl were extremely kind and welcoming, they were the reason I decided to book that Botox appointment! More Tatum and laser girl and less unpleasant Botox girl would make this a 5 star review!

Everything about Skin Secrets is absolutely top notch. The second you step in, every single person is kind, attentive, and cheerful (and not in a fake way). Each member of the staff I've interacted with has been so easy to talk to and just absolutely stellar with customer service. I recently visited Skin Secrets for my first-ever dermal filler treatment. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clinic space was stunning and spotless. Dr. Neitzel was simply exceptional. He was patient, professional, and gentle in his approach, and he took his time to explain the procedure. The results were flawless! I've also seen Chelsea for my Botox treatments and have had the same, wonderful experience each time. The customer service at Skin Secrets is truly superior.

Skin Secrets excels at what they do, no better way to say it. I feel comfortable and confident while receiving my Botox from Chelsea. She was professional, friendly, and informative while also doing an amazing job to make the injections virtually pain free (something not said lightly as I do not like needles). She has also proven to be a consistent and personable! You won’t regret having her do your Botox.

I’m quite disappointed. My mom and I had appointments to come in for the first time as we heard very positive things from people who go here very frequently! Unfortunately we had a family emergency that came up and had to cancel our appointments. By the time I called it was before the 24 hour mark, as we didn’t want to lose our deposits. The girl who answered the phone was not very friendly. I apologized that we were cancelling the day before but unfortunately had an emergency come up and wouldn’t be able to make. She was very frustrated and annoyed but from our conversation, sounded like the appointments were cancelled. This morning I received an email with a receipt for the deposit amount, and another email that said “thank you for visiting us! ” I tried to call them but my calls are pretty much just going straight to voicemail. Pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. I understand it can be frustrating when people have to cancel last minute but we have as much notice as we could and the attitude from the receptionist was very off putting. Safe to say will we not be returning here.

This clinic is the best place to go for your Botox! If you are reading reviews trying to decide whether to book an appointment or not, believe me when I say DO IT! Chelsea is very knowledgeable and aside from making your skin look and feel great, she also does a fantastic job making you feel comfortable and welcomed no matter what you are there for. Highly recommend booking in with her!

I had a great experience at Skin Secrets with Kerri. She was very knowledgeable and confident, and made me feel very comfortable getting Botox for the first time. I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend her and Skin Secrets!

Have tried several services and all were a great experience. I really appreciated their follow up and patient care. Wish it was closer to home but gladly make the drive out to Fort Langley for the Skin Secrets team.

I am beyond pleased with my overall experience at Skin Secrets. I had tear trough filler done. This has been a procedure I’ve been thinking about for years and have had many consultations at different establishments for it. I was so hesitant because I’ve not done any medical cosmetic procedures previously, am not at all fond of needles, and ITS MY FACE! I was so nervous about something going wrong. However, I settled on Skin Secrets for a few reasons:
1. A physician does the tear trough filler. Given how delicate this area is, this made me feel much more comfortable and confident. Especially as I was given a telephone consultation prior to the procedure. (Many other places I consulted with had a nurse injector do tear trough filler).
2. The procedure is done over two sessions, which lends the ability to start conservative and then go from there. This also limits the possibility of migrating or overfilling of the area (many other places I consulted with did it in one session).
3. The price is remarkably fair. And while I wouldn’t recommend just looking for the cheapest place, as this is your face, this was definitely a pleasant surprise.
4. They offer some evening appointments, which made it easier to book around my work schedule.
Further pleasant surprises:
1. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions.
2. Dr. Neitzel is exceedingly patient and skilled. I didn’t feel rushed during either of my appointments. I actually almost fainted during my first appointment (nothing that he did! I’m just not fond of needles and didn’t eat before the procedure! My bad!) and he was very kind, reassuring, got me an ice pack, and gave me all the time I needed to settle down before proceeding to the next eye.

I am a (new) customer for life. I’ll go no where else for my medical spa needs.
*I’m not usually someone who writes big long reviews, but I know how much I appreciated reading other people’s experiences to aid in my decision. And this doesn’t even begin to touch on how fantastic this clinic is! If you are thinking of getting something done, I would recommend Skin Secrets 100%. 10/10 on every front.

Living in Port Moody I have a LOT of options for botox and med spa services, but I'm more than willing to make the trek out to Fort Langley to go to Skin Secrets. Their botox prices are by far the best value and their staff is super friendly and helpful. I also work really long hours in film and they're able to accommodate my crazy schedule with late night appointments. I was able to get an appointment at late as 8: 45pm!

I was received with a warm welcome and professionalism at each session. I have a stubborn skin condition - melasma. While we did not get the type of breakthrough I had hoped for.the staff worked conscientiously and creatively to help address my needs. I am grateful and satisfied overall

I came here for the first time about two weeks ago now. I was blown away by their location as it’s in Fort Langley and I have never been there before. Their location is very beautiful, and very private. I was greeted the second I walked in the door, and I immediately felt so comfortable with the staff because they are so warm and inviting and very down to earth. I had some Botox done, and they probably did the best job I’ve had. Definitely the most positive experience I’ve had so far compared to other places. I highly recommend!
