This is the best salon that i've ever been to! I recieved the laser hair removal service over a period of 6 months and im proud to say that this is the best place that i have ever been to. My skin is soft baby smooth and the workers are the sweetest people i have ever met. They make sure youre always comfortable with what youre doing and dont make you feel uncomfortable at all. The treatment is barely painful and is dont efficiently and quickly. I would reccomend this to anyone wanting to get laser hair removal.

I rarely ever go to spas, but this one just made me want to go every single day. The workers were so welcoming and so kind and really cared about making you feel really relaxed. The massage was just amazing and the way my face felt after everything was done made me feel really good. Honestly 10/10 ill 100% be coming back and will be my go to spot for every spa day.

I have back problems and I've gone to countless spas but none of them have helped as much as this one does. Dorin's hands feel like heaven and I've never felt SO comfortable. Will be coming again.

Highly recommend this place for massage and hydra facial. The staff is very polite and friendly. Especially, the girl name Maya is really nice and helped me a lot regarding my care routine. Definitely going again

Amazing place and staff members are very knowledgeable as well. I have eczema so the staffs always put great care on my face for laser sessions, one of them even reccomend me a cream they sell for my face and it works. I love their monthly deals that they have. Every month it's a different treatment and for a great price. Makes it unique having different deals as opposed to same one every month. 10/10 reccomend to everyone

Do not Recommend!
As a loyal customer, I wasn't expecting such poor service. My technician, "Darren, " did a half-ass job on my face. When I asked her to finish her job completely, she said she couldn't spend more time on me, whether the job was done or not. She stayed out of the room for 15 mins before rushing the procedure, which made it extra painful.

When I phoned back to inquire about how the treatment works, she was really impatient and rude on the phone, didn’t let me speak and continued to argue! Finally, I requested to speak with the manager, to which she replied, "I'm the owner" and hung up!

I've had a great experience with their entire crew over the years, but this was the first time I witnessed such unprofessionalism from their technician Darren. She is extremely rude and clearly does not do her job well. I wouldn't recommend her at all.

Naseem is a gem! I was very nervous as it was my first time trying a treatment. She was so patient, answered my questions, Then she spent the time to know my skin type and made sure to customize the right facial treatment on my skin.

I cannot say enough great things about my technician Naseem.
From the moment I walked into the room, she was kind, caring and made sure I was always comfortable.
We had a great conversation for my 2 hour laser appointment which really helped me relax during my treatment.
She accommodated to my requests and knew when and how to adjust the heat to the different the different areas of sensitivity on my body.
I have done laser treatments at this place before, but never been as comfortable as I was this time. Iwill be back to Skin Visual Med Spa again and I will be sure to book with Naseem.

After trying many places for laser hair removal, I have found my place!

My laser tech is Halwa, and she is incredible! We use the elite IQ machine, and I can already tell a significant difference from just 1 session!
The appointment takes roughly 2-2.5 hours. But they get into EVERY nook and cranny, literally. LOL I get the full body laser, which is very reasonably priced! $350 per session plus tax.
The facility itself is super clean, chic, and the beds/equipment is nice and in good condition!

Highly recommend Halwa! I haven’t dealt with the other techs, I’m sure they are lovely also!

I am very satisfied with the service provided on all my treatments. Dorin is a professional and very knowledgeable on all the services that they offer. Basically Dorin and her team make you very comfortable and know what they're doing.
All I can say is that I wouldn't go anywhere else.
If you want deluxe treatment and service, then Skin Visual is the place to try out.

The entire team at Skin Visuals is amazing! The service is always a 10/10, I have gotten laser, facials and much much more done and always had a pleasant experience. My mil went today as I had purchased her a oxygeno facial and she came home and was raving about it, just kept saying wow because not only was the facial that amazing but the service aswell! She loved it and I love all of my services here as well

I got my first facial from skinvisual med spa and was highly impressed. The esthetician did a oxygeneo revive with dermaplaning. She was informative on the steps and educated me on ways to better take care of my skin.

I went here for a few years and was incredibly disappointed to see how they handled a situation where I showed how dissatisfied I was with a service. Initially they did not supply the necessary aftercare products which they stressed the use of during the appointment. When they realized they messed up they downplayed they need for the aftercare. The aesthetician also didn’t really seem to know about the treatment and I was able to get more accurate information from the receptionist after the fact regarding peeling. This was quite annoying as she sold the service to me with the appeal of how quick the peeling would start when that wasn’t the case. A two week healing period turned into a month which was not mentioned. At the end of it, I had zero results. I decided to reach out to see if this was normal and let them know I was dissatisfied. At first they seemed to want to make it right and asked me some questions and offered me a treatment for free the following day, however, I was heading on vacation and wasn’t able to go then so I asked about a different day. They did not respond however when I reached out to cancel an upcoming appointment they responded right away. If they truly stood by their product and believed in customer service, why wouldn’t they offer another time slot? It’s incredibly disappointing given I’ve gone there for years and spent thousands of dollars. Many of my friends and family go there due to my referrals however I will not be going back as I do not believe in their customer service model.

If there is one reason I continuously come back to this spa for facials it is because of Hawa! For someone that has been getting facials done for a really long time and at multiple different spas, I have never found a medicinal aesthetician like her! She really takes her time to do every properly! My face is always glowing afterwards! She is definitely the best of the best and I highly recommend her to anyone getting facials done from here! Thank you Hawa!

I have been coming to Dorin and this spa for the last two years or so and the service is great! The new location is absolutely stunning. If you have any skin concerns and you want an amazing customer service then I would like to recommend this place. Receptionists are friendly and polite. Today was my second time visiting there and I am so satisfied with all the services they provided. If you have any concerns just ask Dorin, she always suggest what is best for you. Thank you Dorin for making me feel so comfortable always. Whatever you suggest (either it is facial or any skin care product) always work like a magic on my skin.

This place is very unprofessional, they will burn you and NOT apologize for their doing, but instead blame you. They do not do patch tests ever if you do laser hair removal. Any reputable place knows better & will do so. Everyone I know that gets laser hair removal done elsewhere has told me they got a patch test done before the first time to see how the skin will react & also every time the setting was to go higher, they did a patch test before hand too, to see how the skin will take it. The place I go to even does it. Their method here is by cranking up the heat and going on with the treatment until you get burned. Dorin burned my cousin& never apologized, nor tried to fix it. She instead blamed her. I told my cousin to write a review & she said what's the point. My cousin said the only reason she had trust in this place is because the owner is very dark skinned, so she thought shed be in good hands, because youd think that a person that is dark themselves would understand the severity of lasers on other people that are also ethnic. Boy was she wrong! And from reading other reviews, other people have been burnt as well. The worst part besides no apology is that she was never even compensated for it, or given any reimbursement. My cousin didnt even ask & still paid. But as a reputable company &owner, she should've just done it out of good faith. Clearly this place only cares about money & not the customers wellbeing. She never even called to check if my cousin was ok after burning her either, just pretended it never happened & probably is continuing burning other people too. And for your information, Dorin is the OWNER. So, if the owner doesn't know what she's doing & doesn't care, who knows about anyone else performing treatment there. I had to write this on behalf of my poor cousin, because people need to be warned that this place is not reputable at all.

I just had the best experience for Laser Hair Removal. The entire team was courteous and professional. They have some covid-19 measures in place and the entire spa looked clean. The technicians were very nice about explaining what to expect after I told them it was my first time and they made the whole process pleasant. Highly recommend visiting them for laser hair removal!

I love coming here, it is by far the best decision I have ever made. Dorin and Joe are amazing and what they do! Me and my fiance come here once a month and we love it they know what there doing, and tell you what they are doing while facials. The service is amazing and staff is super nice!

I been going here for a year now, and I cannot believe how my skin looks this amazing. I’ve had 2 micro needling sessions with Doreen, I’ve had a hydra-facial every other month with Doreen or with Jo. I get my laser hair removal treatments for my whole body, and on addition I get derma-planning for face and back. My life has changed, I’ve had no problems with anything in fact its been great and beyond.

I had a groupon for the dermaplaning. I had never had this treatment before. I had a great experience. Staff was very nice. The spa was very clean. The person doing my dermaplaning treatment made it such a great experience, she was awesome! Will purchase again

Hands down the BEST laser treatment I have ever had! I've always purchased Groupons to cut down the cost of laser hair removal. Normally my sessions would be less then 10 minutes for 3 areas and they were painful! I met with Dorin and my appointment ran an hour long, definitely not complaining about this as I felt Dorin truly cares about her clients concerns and really focuses on them. It was a very thorough session and PAINLESS! Although the cost were more than what I'd usually pay, it was 110% worth it and I'll continue my treatments here. Believe it when people say Quality over Quantity. Thank you Dorin for the amazing experience!

Went in for a HydraFacial as my skin gets so dry when seasons transition. I absolutely loved how she took the time to hear me out with my skin issues and talked about the various different services offered. I loved how she didn’t push me into anything, but encouraged me to make an informed choice of my own. While getting the HydraFacial let me tell you. It was like nothing ever before. I opted for the 1 hour service and so glad I did. She took her time and walked me through steps and the processes. It was evident the years of industry service she knows her stuff. The products she used was very safe on skin and there was no redness. She even went above and beyond during the extraction process and so gentle. I liked the add on services offered and I will plan on trying for my next follow up appointment. I would highly recommend this spa, I felt affordability met quality and integrity. 3 combinations hard to find when it comes to the beauty and skin care industry. It was an absolute pleasure to be there and I can’t wait for the follow up services. I was so relaxed I did not want to leave. Again; affordability integrity and quality was outstanding for my personal experience

Went once for laser and she did an amazing job! Spent at least ~15 minutes as opposed to other spas like Fresh Canvas where they spent probably 2 minutes on my face. Will continue my laser here + inquire about other spa services! Excellent experience

Switched over after things went downhill at another spa on the mainland where my needs weren’t being listed to and was not seeing results and customer service became total garbage.

I found Skin visual on Instagram from a fellow henna artist, and so far I have gotten 2 Hydrafacials and am getting laser done on my face. Never felt rushed. My needs are listened to. And the results show. Knowledgeable staff that told me what my skin type was and what types of products are recommended. Overall friendly service from start to finish. I make the trek from Victoria and 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

On my visit last got the perk treatment done, in addition to the hydrafacial, on my lips and oh my goodness they have never felt better. I used to apply lip balm 7-8 times a day before getting the treatment done and they still felt awfully dry and flakey and irritated. Now I only apply once a day along with using the take home vial. My lips feel plump and smooth and no dryness at all. Take advantage of this offer during the month of October.

My first time here was great the receptionist and laser tech were very helpful and provided me with all the information I required. I went in for my appointment, once the laser tech got to doing my laser she rushed my entire appointment to the point where I was done in under 5 minutes and burned me. When I told her it was to hot and burned me she completely ignored me. I will not come back here after that or recommend this place to anyone. I was looking forward to this place and really thought it could be my go to spot but with how rude the laser tech/owner was I will not be returning.

I have been to two laser appointments so far and have nothing but good things to say! The recioptionist was very welcoming and my technician was also very friendly and knowledgable with any questions I had. The venue was also very well maintained and had a great ambiance. I would definitely reccomend there services to anyone out there!

Had a great experience with my laser treatment. I noticed a slow growth in my hair after the first appointment and a significant reduction after my second appointment.

I dont know where to start from. I have been to other places for laser and have never seen results before. I have only had 2 laser treatments so far and have already seen a huge difference. I like how they take their time doing treatments never felt like I've been rushed. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable always giving me great tips on how to take care of my skin properly. Also I love the skin care Alumier MD that they carry. So glad I found SkinVisual Med Spa for all my hair removal and skin care needs.
