USUALLY my experience after camping i have come to this location A LOT for years-washed the dog bed, carpets, vehicles, etc. With nice service and happy customer because all dirty camping stuff is pressure washed and cleaned up in one shot!

TODAY, different story. Got back from camping and needed to go wash stuff down like usual. My husband said he also wanted to wash our bikes so we decided we live close so let ride our bikes. We have a Thule chariot that needed to be rinsed off.anyways here we go. As washing and rinsing carpets/bike/dogbed - (and there was not a soul in the place) the manager came up to me and said that he is going to let it slide today but it not allowed to wash the things I was rinsing because it looks messy. I have never been approached at this location about doing this before, but is it because i showed up on my bike to wash instead of my Denali?
Isn't this a place to wash down things? I took pictures so the ones that are attached to this article - so you can see that we didn't have a crazy dirty things or making a mess to have someone come up to me and tell me I'm not allowed to come in and wash bikes and dog bed. I would like to note that the stall we where in looked like the grates had not been cleaned in a while, with a smell that lingured- plus stall next to us had a dead bird in it!
I shouldn't feel like a less of a person because I didn't drive in and wash wash same carpets and dog beds that I have always washed there with my vehicle only difference is I brought bike to wash.so all rules should be said to everyone, and be the same for everyone. I have even spoke with the same gentleman from today while my husband washed our camp gear with no problems. Either way I am just upset because I shouldn't have to feel like less of person depending if I drive or ride in on my bike.

Great location. Great car wash. Vacuums have been clogged from time to time. Overall, great place.

Did not do a good job.lots of areas not washed properly.worst car wash I've been in.vacuums are weak.

Raising their prices and decreasing their quality. I've been going here for months and it's been fine. Now the carwash just splats all the products on at once with no in-between rinse cycles.i know they're just trying to maximize profit like any other business but I'm starting to feel ripped off so it's time to move on

Amazing customer service! I finished getting my extremely dirty truck cleaned through the drive through car wash and as I was finished and vacuuming out the inside, Dean approached me and offered me a re wash on my truck because there was still some dirt left on it. Great crew of people working here and amazing car wash. Keep it up!

Not at all happy with the communication between hear and the canco. No cooperation between the two.
Business that share as much as they do need to work together.
Will not be getting my wash membership this summer from them.

Got a membership here at the clement location last summer and have always had great experiences! Car always comes out perfect and customer service is excellent:) shout out to Jacob N for going above and beyond!

Bring your pickup here if you’re mad at it and want to beat on it. Make sure to fold your mirrors in and have a new antenna ready for when that gets torn off.

It’s closed very often with no staff onsite. No one answers the phone no reason for being closed during the day.

Awful experience. Door didn’t open in time after our car was washed and it bent our plate number in half. Same thing happened to the 2 cars which came out after us. Manager on duty had a very bad attitude and wasn’t apologetic. Was too busy to look at video footage & to address the issue. He was very arrogant & when asked what he’s going to do about the situation he got annoyed and gave us a random plate number frame. His attitude was very disappointing. We’ve had our plate number bent two times in a row now from that car wash and have noticed many scratches since washing our car there. Will never go back.

Doesn't do the greatest job washing your vehicle. The side mirrors get pushed in by the brushes so it doesn't clean them at all. Selfwash bays are nice. The complimentary towels are nice, when they're available. Also, the vacuums do their job. They leave their auto wash bay lights on ALL the time, they're literally never off. I feel sorry for the people that live directly across the street, bright lights shining on your house all night, every night. Seems unnecessary.

All in all, it's an OK car wash.
