This is a solid butcher shop with a wide variety of good, high-quality meats and perfect prices. In addition to your standard selection they also carry wagyu beef, gator and other unusual treats! They are my go-to butcher shop and will continue being so for a long time.

Good products but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Placed a large order with them and had to call three times to find out about the order. They did not call me once to let me know they couldn’t fill the order. This is unacceptable when I have placed many large orders for the last couple years.
Lost my business.

Pretty much everything you want in a butcher, and the quality is excellent. Pre-orders and custom orders are really fast to arrive.

I went to give this butcher a five star review only to find I'd already given them one. I guess you can call that consistent quality!
