I joined the 100 days to slay by adding 30 minutes of daily movement to improve fitness (physical), and mental health by moving. The collective offers many types of exercising. This is a top notch group to participate. Highly recommend. Barb

I've participated in the 100 Days to Slay Challenge through through Slay and it's helped me change my lifestyle and mindset around movement for my body. It's something I look forward to each day and have seen so many positive outcomes from my continual daily movement, all thanks to Slay!

This has been such an inspiring experience for me. It has allowed me to try different types of movement in a safe space with like minded women, it has motivated me to keep moving even on the hard days and has held me accountable through my journey. Day 82!

Slay has created a community of like minded, motivated and encouraging women that are focused on bettering themselves and uplifting others in doing the same. This challenge has improved my mental health as well as physical and that is more than I could have ever asked for.

I keep coming back and can’t thank this movement enough.
