First time in that store. Need a new mattress but thickness has changed a lot. Very useful, knowledge and nice young woman. I didn't know if I could get the measurements I needed without changing the whole bed. She made great suggestions and I will likely buy it there. Canadian made: what a bonus. Merci Sleep Shop

We bought a Queen mattress, an adjustable base, pillows, and duvets in this store. Zeinab helped us a lot. She's a professional and an amazing person! We highly recommend her and this store if you want to buy the best mattress for yourself!

Amazing company! We tested the Natura Carlisle mattress out a few months ago at the North Vancouver location but didn't pulled the trigger and have regretted it ever since. Decided to buy it for ourselves for Christmas this year and it couldn't' have been easier. Sleep Shop (Farouq) was incredible at answering all of our questions, recommending a mattress protector, and setting up delivery. We placed our order on Jan 1st, 2023 and the bed was delivered a few minutes ago (Jan 4th) - so fast! Thanks again, Sleep Shop!

We Had a great experience buying bed frame, night table and drawer. There was a mistake on color for two parts but they replcaed it quickly. We recieved a call from Amir, he wanted to make sure all is good which shows the great customer service. Thank you guys.

We received great service from the staff at the store who helped us buy the right product. Delivery was also smooth and on time.

I was helped by Khash, at the North Vancouver store and he solved my pillow problem, finding the ideal pillow for my sleep position and shoulder size. I've been struggling with this for a long time and have at least 6 pillows bought before that didn't work. He also showed me the ideal mattress (with price range options) and solved a long term back pain. I am very happy that I finally got specialized help, since reading comments and buying pillow/ mattress online just made things worse. He is thorough and friendly and I highly recommend the investment to get a good night's sleep.

Had a great experience buying the adjustable base. I told Farooq what my budget was and he met me somewhere in between. No haggling, no pressure just straight customer service. The way it should be so no ones time is wasted. Thank you guys, very humbled.
