I had a great experience at “sleep shop”, one of the best furniture shops specializing in beds and mattresses that I have ever seen. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Sara, who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The products were of very good quality and comfortable. The price was reasonable and they offered me discounts with no taxes and financing for 12 months without interest.recommend them to anyone looking for a good night’s sleep.

This store has the best customer service and prices! We looked at four stores in Vancouver who charged delivery and high recycling fee for your old mattress. One store's manager was like a car salesman.
Before I even tested the mattress, he was already rambling on about the next one.

We decided to check Sleep Shop in Richmond. Salima showed me several mattresses in our price range. They have free delivery and low recycling fee. A week later we returned to Sleep Shop because they had a sale with No taxes! Sara was really informative in helping us make our choice.

They provided tracking information close to the delivery time. There was a follow up phone call and text message asking about their service.

They price matched a few days later.
We're very happy with our purchase.

This place I have been came and purchased my furnitures many times. They are patient and professional. You won’t feel any pressure during your visit. The furnitures they have are best quality with reason price in Vancouver. The design of their furniture are not supper fancy and not bling bling, they are just warm cozy relaxing. Highly recommend it.

I truly am impressed that they actually make a mattress with the equivalent firmness as the Seahorse brand. But offer overall much better comfort. I recently purchased a double mattress named "Slate" from the Sleep Shop, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The mattress is fantastic, providing me with a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Sara, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during our visit. She even took the time to show us some sofa beds, which we are now seriously considering for our next purchase. Overall, a great experience at the Sleep Shop, and we'll definitely be returning to buy a sofa bed in the future. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, there's no zero star. I would not recommend to this store at all. Whatever they tell you, don't be surprised if they change their mind right after delivery. Keep your word is the basis on how to do business with your customers. Please do not promise anything to your customers if you cannot keep your word. Avoid this shop if you can. Not worth your money and time.

I had the worst experience in Canda is with the people in this store. We went to renegotiate what we brought in this store as it was not fitting in my house. The store manager was extremely rude and foul mouthed. He made me cry. He did not even want to listen to us. Please do not go to this store there are better stores near this store where people are nice and give better offers. They are not meant to do business. I am not sure how to take action against a person who is so rude and accuses customers that it is their mistake and he won’t even cancel. He told if we don’t pay extra he would just throw the mattress we initially bought in front of our house. I request not to go there as there are the sweetest first time and the later if we have problems they are not ready to help. I feel so helpless.
