I have been a customer of Sleeptech for almost 20 years, currently on my 4th CPAP and mask, each one more comfortable, quieter, less bulky and easier to use. Customer service has always been excellent. Using a CPAP has improved my sleep, my health and my life immensely. I would never deal with anyone else but Sleeptech.

I have been a customer/patient of Sleeptech Surrey for 6 years. Their professionalism, evaluation and response to my breathing condition was outstanding. I was fitted with several masks & airways and was allowed to try them out to ensure which one was most comfortable to me. The CPAP machine I bought was state of the art. 5 years later and I needed information for my benefit carrier and they (Monica) went out of her way to find me that information. I highly recommend Sleeptech Homecare Services for your ongoing needs.

From the first phone call, customer service was bad. Receptionist is not at all caring and even talks down to those that have not had a good night's sleep. Just a money grabbing bully. Stay away from Sleep Tech.a blight in Surrey!

I have been going to Sleeptech Surrey for over 15 years. From the first day and throughout the years I have always been helped by the most caring staff. They have been genuinely interested in making the quality of my life better through a solid night rest, something I never had before I got my CPAP machine. There are several members of that team who have remained in that office and bring many years of experience, kindness and knowledge for which I am grateful.

Never thought I had a problem, but Doctors pointed me to SleepTech for solutions. The CPAP device I opted for did a great job for me. During one of my post CPAP check ups, Russ noted that there was indeed a new problem (including not breathing even with the CPAP machine) and directed me to a Cardiologist who confirmed A-Fib. It was recommended that I upgrade my CPAP to a BiPAP machine so it would breathe for me when I failed to do so on my own. This really made for more restful nights and obviously helped immensely. I donated my CPAP back to Sleeptech for those that needed one and couldn't afford one, and Monica really appreciated this.
Can't say enough about the staff. Very courteous, helpful and attentive and there for you.

I have found Russ, John, and Wendy to be very professional and easy to talk to. I have been using a CPAP machine for 13 years and it finally stopped working so it’s time to change to a new machine. The technology of the new machine is outstanding. I can see how many hours a day that I have been using the machine. That was not possible with the old machine. Also, I don’t necessarily have to push the on/off button when starting/stopping the machine. I place the mask over my nose and the machine automatically turns on and when I remove the mask, the machine automatically turns off. How convenient is that! Don’t wait 13 years like me to get a new machine. You maybe missing out on some technological advanced machines that will make your life easier.
