This is a great organization to work for and an amazing team to be a part of! I worked for SBBC to help Canadian businesses optimize their e-commerce presence and it was such a rewarding experience!

What stood out most was the positive work environment thanks to the incredible leadership of our Program Coordinator, Jordan Nicksy- who truly set us up for success in our roles and was there every step of the way! She somehow managed to do it ALL and still consistently acknowledge and appreciate us. Her leadership, guidance, work ethic and patience is unmatched!

If you are thinking of opening a business, or are a new business, we would highly recommend the Small Business BC Business Plan and Consulting Review Program. After just two meetings with John we have greatly improved our business plan and forecasting and have a much better idea of how to meet our goals for the next few years. John helped us look at our business in different ways and see opportunities we hadn't before (as well as areas we were putting too much focus on that weren't getting results). Having an outside perspective, and another way to look at things has given many ideas on how to grow our business to be more sustainable. We now have the tools to do so.
