SmartCentres Queensborough Landing

This complex is never as busy as it used to be. They have some good shops here including food, coffee, ice cream, outlets, wal mart. They have everything you need.

There's a lot of vacant store fronts where outlets used to be. I wished they make better use of the space because there is a lot of land available but nothing really there.

It's a strip mall with some anchors that meet my needs. A favourite of mine is the Bulk Barn while I hate having to patronize a parasitic entity like Walmart because of how my life has been impacted by other abusive parasites.

I prefer the open air experience because it at least feels less like one is trapped in an immersive commercial assaulting one's senses through crowds and lights. There's enough of an assortment in this area to meet most needs and it's convenient enough to access although lacking public transit options to get to it.

This place is so dead now, nobody's got money to spend now. Thanks to the world economics

Confusing roads and sidewalks. No store directory available. Many empty store fronts. Just doesn't come across as well maintained or well thought out.

Great place to shop. Don't go there during rush hour to much traffic
Get there around 11 or 12 and out of the are by 2: 00 pm

Love shopping here cause of the views of being on a peninsula between two rivers. I just wish there was EVO parking in this area. It would make shopping more easier. Also more options to shop at like a Winners or Homesense

Small but good. For first timers it's a bit confusing left turn after entering the landing

Who doesn't like penguins? Very nice area to get almost all of your shopping done. Some stores with "outlet" prices and even a bulkbarn.

Has a few nice stores here next to a large Walmart. Suzy, Guess, Soft Mock, Old Navy and more. Never overly busy and lots of parking, so great place to shop.

This was once a vibrant outlet mall location, now its nothing more than a few stores that survived covid and still operate in the space.

There's nothing special here that truly makes it worth the trek to get here.

Its just an easy to access spot for groceries and a quick bite.

I like this place. Lots of business here in this town center. Lots of cloth fashion shops such as guess, old navy, gap, Calvin Klein, American eagle etc. Lots of food places as well from Starbucks to Boston pizza. There is a Walmart here and also a liquor shop. Big parking right in the middle of the center. Also the Fraser river with a deck with benches.

It's an outlet mall so the various stores are definitely lower in price than at the mall! Convenient, knowledgable staff. I don't hesitate to stop even if I am, short on time.

Zero bike racks for locking up your bike in this whole mall/center. Very frustrating. The 3 way stop should have been a round about, it's very confusing for drivers.

This place is really admirable as very few people go there (I don't why). You will find ample parking, no hustle, stores full of with latest stocks and designs always

The place is a great day all-day shopping adventure. Although when the weather is unpleasant, I would go to Tawassen MIlls on enroute to the ferry terminals in Delta.

Buys shopping centre but had everything you would need in one place to go shopping for your daily needs.

These outlets are unbelievable, many top brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic, Gap, La Vein Rose, American Eagle, Old Navy, Helly Hansen, Guess, Osh Kosh, Calvin Klein and many more available here. Prices are very very much reasonable and stuff is also good.

Most stores left from the pandemic, unfortunately most couldn't rebound, the City of New West should have a back up plan to get it going. With all the stores closing at Richmond Centre get a promotion to move there. Get that big moving again create jobs

Not a lot of stores but we like going here for the American eagle. Stuff here is always super cheap

Some "Hard to find" stores are here. Some outlets and unique shops like Lindor Chocolate... BUT, Like ALL Smart Centres, it is mostly for Walmart (Sam Wall is the main owner)...

Outlet strip mall. I'd give it a lower rating but it has a government weed store and a liquor store.
