Excellent dentist. I highly recommend them. From the receptionist and hygienist to the dentist we’re all friendly and professional and I know I am in good hands when I am around them. They strive to provide excellent dental care. Theresa was very patient and noticeably gentle with me.

This is a very well run professional office. The staff are always friendly, experienced and can assist with making you comfortable with whatever needs to be dealt with. Work is always top notch and long lasting which allows you not to worry about dental work after it is done.

Great service! I had a cleaning done and it was gentle yet very thorough and efficient. Caught up on the latest in home improvement shows on the ceiling TV, finished in no time.

Excellent service. I was running late to the point of having to reschedule, but the lovely lady on the phone was able to shift things around and get me another appointment on the same day, giving me lots of time and removing anxiety. My hygienist Rebecca was kind and diplomatic as she dug her way through the hard-to-remove plaque (I hate flossing!) and made gentle suggestions of using an electric brush and strategies on more success with floss. I was very happy with Kevin's work. He repaired my front teeth and they feel wonderful–better than the originals. I am very happy with the work I have received thus far. Moreover, I was served quicker due to a cancellation, which I really appreciated.

This is my first visit to this dentist, I was treated with professionalism from the receptionist, to the Hygienist and the Dentist. They took the right precautions, temp checks at the door, hand sanitizer. Too early to give a full opinion, but definitely can recommend them as of this moment and will be going back for follow ups. I have sensitive teeth and the hygienist did a great job to keep me comfortable, high recommend Smiles by Design.

I had my initial appointment with Dr. Lowe and Dee the other day. And I have to say I was impressed with my experience. Heather checked me in and after a little paperwork it wasn't long before Dr. Lowe and Dee were doing a thorough examination of all my teeth. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Lowe's light touch and also he took the time to just talk so we could get to know one another a bit before he began his examination. I have confidence in Dr. Lowe and his team and have booked a couple of follow up appointments. I've had my couple of visits since my first appointment for some major work. It all seems good so far. Sometimes an additional cavity may be found along the way, so just be prepared for extra billing come checkout time. Great that these could be addressed without an additional visit. A little chit chat about feeding cats and what's going on during the weekend by the professionals is the new normal. If you're not use to this, just a heads up. Thank you! See you in March.
