My kids have been going to SmileTown Dentistry North Delta for a long time, I highly recommend this paediatric dental office, they are also awesome with special needs kids. They are very patient and do a great cleaning job for nervous kids, Dr. Diya Chadha is very caring and is very knowledgeable. Thank-you for taking care of our teeth

Dentist is so amazing and quick! She is definitely worth every penny spent, specialized in helping little kids get through a tough dentist visit is a hard thing to do, not for everyone, dr. Diya is definitely one of a kind! It was so nice to experience such a positive environment when going in for our cavity work! My child loved the experience and all of the staff are so supportive and have the best interest of the child.

I really like Dr Diya, when my son was little she was very pleasant and would sing to make him more comfortable. My son is almost 11 and Dr Diya no longer does the teeth cleaning she just checks the work after, but the worst for me is all of the texts, emails and even phone calls reminding me of appts, we have never missed an appt and it is very annoying. We won't be back their for dental and only back for Ortho while his porrly made appliance gets adjusted for free.

Amazing experience every time! We travel across the whole metro Vancouver to go see Dr. Diya. She has been so great with my anxious child since she was 4 years old. Definitely worth the travel! Now if only they would see adults as well:)

If I would give this place more stars I would, smile town is the best children's dentistry to take your child this place is amazing. From the Reception to Dr they were all amazing. Dr. Diya treats kids like her own she has the best spirit around children, and the place is so welcoming. Inder the receptionist she's amazing and very friendly she gets out of her way to follow up with Doctors and to help you. They value their clients and treat them with respect and dignity.

My son had his first cavity and needed it to be taken care off, the front staff were amazing and helpful. My son was a bit hyper and all the staff were great. The dentist assistant was nice, and made my son feel at ease. The dentist was very friendly as well. We usually go to my own dentist for all of my son's cleaning, however as we were leaving my son asked "do you think that can be my new dentist? " and I think that says a lot!

Our 9 year old with autism is always on a move and doesn't like Doctor clinics. However, Dr. Diya who has her own child with autism understood the situation and handled the entire process extremely smooth!

Dr. Diya is the one of best dentists. She is very co-operative. She always gives good and right advice. All staff members are very helpful and polite. I would like to recommend their service, if your kids have any problem please must visit a Smile Town Dentistry once. Thanks Dr. Diya Chadha.

Love the doctor as she is helpful with my son who is on the spectrum. But the prices are outrageous they will not allow my insurance to cover costs that other dentist prove that the procedure or product needed is covered by my insurance and Smile town tried to charge me full price saying my insurance would not cover.
Very unethical and dishonest. I have removed
My children from that dentist and have them using my family dentist who charges my benefits as that is what they’re there for. Maybe smile town collected the insurance benefits And my full payment for product / procedures and get paid twice. Very unhappy and do not recommend getting scammed.

I would recommend anyone with a child in spectrum to come. It's a very relaxed for your child, and for parents to work with people who know what your going through. These situations can be very stressful for families, and I was put at ease with every step. They also helped me get booked with children hospital, which had a very long wait time, due to the circumstances of our visit. I highly recommend them, and will continue to do so moving forward.

Dr Diya Chadha is an amazing dentist and so great with kids. She puts kids at ease and is so patient and Understanding to the kids needs. Clean and professional office with great staff. Highly recommend!

Took my 3 year old to his very first dentist appointment and he totally loved it! They made him feel very comfortable throughout he’s dental cleaning process and gave him a goodie bag at the end of his appointment
Update: I also took my 2 year old and he is a little bit more shy and scared but Dr Diya made him feel super comfortable and she started singing to him in order to distract him and I thought that was really great of her. She really cares for her patients

I love Smile Town. My family use to go to the Burnaby location and they were amazing so I was SO PLEASED when I found out North Delta had a location as well and I was able to move my girls file when we moved to Surrey. The staff are Very nice to myself and my children. Dr. Dia is SO great with children. My girls always leave with smiles on their faces.

My daughter loves coming here as they make the dentist way less scary. We just had a major dental procedure that required sedation and freezing, and they were terrific at distracting her and getting through the process quickly. The dentist even tapped into her love of cats to keep the experience positive -the freezing needle poke was just a kitten scratch: P
