Super kind and knowledgable staff, alwaysble to answer my questions and help me out. Plus they stock some suuuper cool stuff. Everyone is always really nice & friendly and they make the whole shopping experience a pleasure. Would recommend to anyone

I will never come here again. What a joke.
I purchased a breeze 2 from aspire a month and a half ago. I purchased it because i was told in store that its really simple to use and theyve never had any problems with anyone bringing them back. When i got home i noticed that i wasnt givin the receipt. So i called and it had already closed. I left a voicemail explaining i wasnt givin a receipt and left my number so they could call me back.
Last night i was refilling the pod and one of the latches broke when i was pushing it back in making the entire device useless,
unless i use both hands to push the pod down far enough and use the other hand to push the button.
I called the shop and was told that they dont fix them and im past my warrenty and to check the warranty in the original box. And when i explained i wasnt given a receipt and left a message trying to get one the next day her exact words were "I don't know what to tell you our computers don't store receipts"
I went to atomic vapes and purchased the breeze 3. And learned that the breeze 2 had brought back in so many returns with that exact issue. They also have a warranty in store and was told up to 5 months. All their receipts are stored in their computer and you get points that you can use on future purchases. Also ended up paying less for the breeze 3 plus a juice then i paid here for the breeze 2.

I took my vape in (i purchased it at smokanagan a few months ago) and explained the problems id been having with it to see if they could help.due to their warranty limits they couldnt do anything, but offered to give me a new coil because the problems had gotten significantly worse since id put a new coil (also purchased at smokanagan less than a week prior) they insisted on installing the coil themselves because they said it was probably my fault (ive had multiple vapes and changed countless coils with no issue) after leaving the store i looked at my vape and THEY HAD SCREWED IN THE COIL UPSIDE DOWN.by forcing the coil in on the wrong side the threads of my vape was ruined and it no longer works. (it had been having little problems before but it still worked) i tried speaking with the manager and she refused to help me with any sort of replacement after HER employees broke my device.

Very helpful staff! Answred all my questions and got me what I needed. Competitve prices, great option for someone from out of town.

Bought my vape here and always come back for coils and vape juice refills. They have the flavors I like in stock all the time and know their stuff.
