Very happy with service, they are patient, follow up promptly and know what treatment would be right for you. I used the laser treatment which worked wonders.

After the age of 70 my skin was not as nice as it used to be. Getting old, right? So, finally, at 75 I went to Smooth Laser and Freshta started with derma abrasion. My face immediately looked better. She also started micro-needling my face and neck. I am getting treatments for few months now and my friends are complimenting me saying that I have beautiful skin. Even my husband has noticed the difference.
I was speaking to Gina, the Manager, about my thinning hair, and she started micro-needling on my scalp adding special nourishing products. I saw improvement right after the first session. I am very hopeful to get back my hair.
Both Gina and Freshta are beautiful inside and out. They give me valuable healthy tips to look better.

Freshta is the best! I have been seeing her for a few years now for microdermabrasion and chemical peels and I am always happy with the results. She has helped my skin a lot. It looks much glowier, smooth, hydrated, and makeup goes on so nicely. Fresh is also a lovely person and so nice to talk to. You won’t be disappointed in a treatment with her!

Purchased a groupon for a facial, manager refused to accept Groupon stating I had used groupon last year. I am unable to return the groupon and now I am out $45 dollars. Manager was rude and hung up phone when I told her that they can limit how many groupons one can purchase. I buy multiple groupons for kayaking, nails, high tea and have never seen such poor service.

I’ve been going to see Freshta for 4+ years and I have very much been enjoying my services. I find that the treatment system of microderma and exfoliating she has for me has helped with my acne scars and overall texture. There have been times where we have adjusted my process as well if my skin was feeling too sensitive or dry from from products I was trying at home. I’ve recently started to try collagen treatments as well and loved the results. I very much appreciate her adaptability to my changing skincare needs to help me feel like my best self.

Fereshta is the best! I stumbled upon this clinic abot 1,5 years ago using a groupon voucher. Fereshta took her time to explain my skin type, what products I should use and the treatments I would benefit from. I started with monthly microdermabration treatments. My skin improved immensely. Fereshta comes highly recommended. Her professionalism and knowledge is in a class of its own.

I would highly recommend Smooth Laser Clinic. Over the years my daughter and I have had several sessions of microdermabrasion treatments with Freshta and laser treatments with Gina. First and foremost, the staff at this clinic are very welcoming. Going to their clinic is like visiting relatives. I said first and foremost because no matter how great a service they might provide if one does not feel that they are welcomed more than likely they might not return. They are very welcoming and make you at ease.

I want to change my mind. Gina told to decrease my face acne scars.but still I have that scar, her treatment didn't work on my face. I visited her for 7-8 times. I highly don't recommend anyone else to Gina. I don't know about other staff members.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Came in for a laser hair removal and was more than impressed with the results, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere. Outstanding service.

I came across a Groupon for 2 spider vein treatments for $71 ($600 regular price). Thinking this was a great deal I purchased this “deal” and canceled my $200 for 60 min laser spider vein treatment at another clinic.

Smooth laser was able to get me in right away and the receptionist was lovely. Gina took me in for my consultation and told me she can do the treatment now but because of having lots of little veins I would have to use both treatments on the voucher in one visit. No problem.

15 min into the treatment (and maybe about 5 veins treated) Gina tells me my treatment is done. There is no way that 15 min treatment was a $600 value! She then told me I need more treatments (well yeah you barely did anything) and tried to force me into purchasing more treatments on the spot. And to top it off she over charged me in the taxes I had to pay for the service not included in the Groupon.

I understand this is a Groupon but do not advertise full services and over $500 in savings if that is not the service your plan on providing. My original appointment at another clinic would have been cheaper and done in full without the headache Smooth laser caused. Now I need to rebook my original appointment at the other clinic to get the treatment done properly.

Save your time and money by going elsewhere.

I called to book an appointment and I was asked if I lived close by, I said yes, and was asked if I could come in right now as there was a cancellation. Never did I ask to be "squeezed in" nor did I say I live far away, check my address on the papers I filled out in office! And if your version of events was actually true, why would you even accept a client knowing that there is not enough time for a full treatment?

I found this place through a groupon for a facial. When I showed up and told the lady about my skin, she recommended micro-dermabrasion for a better treatment for my skin. The treatments normally cost $150 but she only charged me an additional $80, she also offered me a deal for 4 more treatments for only $420 all together. I told her I would go home and think about the deal, after getting home I realized how great my skin looked and how many black heads she got rid of as well as closed up some big pores I had. The treatment felt very relaxing even though one part of the treatment burns your skin a bit (I myself found this to be relaxing) it's only for about 1 minute so dont let that scare you. Overall I'm very pleased with my first visit to smooth laser clinic and cant wait for my second treatment.

Gina has been very helpful with everything from diagnosing what treatment my skin needed to the actual treatment itself, I started to notice improvements on my skin after the first treatment and I have noticed major improvements after multiple laser treatments.

Smooth laser clinic is the best place to get your laser treatments. The staff is really nice and professional. They have reasonable prices and flexible appointment times. I got service for my face laser and results are really amazing. Highly recommended to all.

I got a laser package from Gina last year. First off, not only Gina is an extremely professional but also a great person. She is so flexible while booking appointment and has adjusted her working hours for me. I even missed my appointment due to covid. But she was very kind to adjust my balance.
Secondly, my results are great, at first I was afraid as I didn’t see much changes however as they say patience is the key so slowly but surely I started noticing results around my 4th laser session. I strongly recommend her services.
