Really bad service! When you looking for a car they shows passion. They took my deposit cuz I was interested in one car, but car wasn’t in this location. They were ok if we don’t like that car, they will refund me. In the end, we didn’t love that car as much as we imagined. It took five days to take my deposit back, and I have to keep asking for it. They kept saying next morning. When you don’t buy a car there, they give you attitude!

Most reviews you will read from other customers are right after purchasing the car but mine is after 4 months from purchasing a vehicle from SMS which truly shows the real value and service after using the car.

I bought a Dodge Journey 2013 AWD from SMS motors Nov 2021 and paid a bit over 14K. The dealership presented an inspection report (attached) that was done through them that showed that the car was in a great condition with minor wear and tear issues. I purchased the vehicle based on the report and within a day or 2 realized some issues mostly with AC, the tire sensor and the front windshield wiper and glass.

I took the car back to them and they took the car for a day and asked me to pay an extra amount to do the repair. I didn't make a big fuss and paid rejoicing that he took care of the issues

From that point onwards one thing after the other started coming up. I took the car to the dodge dealership and to 2 different local mechanics and was told that AC has a major issue and will cost a fortune to repair and all other issues that they said they repaired had to be re done and I paid again for it.

Vehicle also had a major safety issue with the front steering axle and apparently was in an accident that was not disclosed on the report.

If you were to purchase a vehicle from SMS Do Your Own Inspection Before Purchase and Do Not rely on theirs. And certainly don't rely on them doing repairs.

SMS Motors headed by Mr. Waqas provide the best prices by far in Langley & Surrey. I had been in market searching for a car for almost 3 months, contacting multiple dealerships, I found SMS Motors providing quality cars at below market rates.

I recently bought a used car from this dealership. The manager and staff went above and beyond to help me with the purchase. The car was reasonably priced, and they even changed the brake calipers for free. Totally Recommended.

Went to purchase a car here, the guys seemed really nice and car was reasonably priced. Was told nothing was wrong with the car, to prove it they showed me a clean mechanical inspection. I wanted a second opinion, so the morning I came to purchase the car I took it to get inspected again. The second inspection told me there were major oil leaks all over the engine, along with a host of other issues. At least $3k of repairs, likely more. I was very upset, as I was majorly mislead. It felt very sleazy, like they were trying to rip me off. Will absolutely not go back

People looking for a car, SMS motors is ur place. Ive interacted with more than 2 dozen car dealers throughout my life but Mr chaudhary surely is 10/10. I finalised the car but he turned down my understanding and made me actually realise wats the best deal for me and it did turn out to be the very best. We were delivered the car in best condition just as we have our fav coffee. Awesome experience. A thorough professional.

Do not waste your time viewing their vehicles. The staff are uneducated and do not provide the truth. They lied to us when we asked them direct simple questions and wasted our time coming from Vancouver all the way out to Surrey. Go somewhere that have honest staff and are not scammers.
