拾螺记 Snail Rice Noodle King

My go-to 螺蛳粉 place in BC. The classic beef one is very good.

We ordered longjiang pork hock rice. It came with a soup. The pork hock is very flavourful and tender, and the Napa cabbage is juicy. There’s also an egg and some sour beans (酸豆角). It was pretty good overall. The soup is very flavourful as well, it has a good umami to it. The service is also pretty fast. Will come back to try other dishes.

The snail noodles are still delicious and appetizing as always. The chicken legs have been fried and are still salty. They are suitable for people with a particularly heavy mouth. I personally feel that they are not suitable for ordering their fried food.

Got total 7 pcs meat 3 pcs daikon. 4 of the 7 pcs meat is “throat” its cheap but very few foodie would likes such part. Only 3 small pieces are eatable. The soup is good though. Will not recommend 15 bucks for such a bowl.

We went for lunch and ordered two bowls of their signature rice noodle. About an hour after the meal me and my husband started our journey to the toilet nonstop.food poison probably. Anyways we wouldn't recommend: (very very upset

So good! One of the best rice noodle restaurants in Vancouver, love how their rice noodles are not cooked too soft.
