Top notch service, excellent after care; I was replacing my old cpap and was able to get in and take home my new machine same day; Dennis made tweaks to the programming and my sleep reports improved greatly; they helped with the paperwork for my insurance company; very knowledgeable; I highly recommend them

Shawna and Stephanie are so kind and friendly. They made the whole experience fun. Shawna took lots of time through the whole experience showing me how to use the at-home test, and my CPAP when it came in. I’m so happy that these are the people helping me on my sleep journey.

After months of attempts and emails, my other sleep clinic would not complete my Philips Dreamstation recall. Shawna got my recall done and helped me with my new required diagnosis and prescription for the Air Med 10 purchase. When in Vancouver I forgot my power cable and Stephanie arranged for one to be ready for my uber driver to deliver to me from the Vancouver Snore MD and helped process the payments. If I do not sleep right Dennis calls and checks on my machine settings and mask etc. Awesome service and this clinic and the staff go above and beyond! I would highly recommend going here for all Sleep Apnea needs!

Friendly and Funny clinic, Shawna and Dennis are wonderful people to deal with always have a smile and make your experience a calm one, they joke and laugh with you. I was super hesitant and actually canceled appointments as I had severe anxiety about the whole ordeal. But Shawna and Dennis worked with me and took time and had patience, they took in my thoughts and opinions on what I didn't want and what I wanted. When i first came into the Snore MD store in Prince George i received a friendly greating from everyone i came into contact with. They took the time to explain the process to me and made sure all my questions were answered. After I purchase my machine they checked in regularly to see how things were going as well as if I had any more questions. It has been about 2 years now and they still make me feel like a valued customer, and even remember my name.

It took me roughly a decade before I was sick and tired of my sleep apnea symptoms that I did not know I had. When I told my doctor this, he immediately said I needed a sleep study done, as I might have sleep apnea. I said, I don’t have troubles breathing with my throat muscles. He said, just do the sleep study. I went to Snore Md, and they were respectful, knowledgeable, and had a great system of explaining things. As they read out the list of symptoms you can get from sleep apnea, I thought to myself how I have so many of these symptoms and it’s been going on for years! So, I decided to try the CPAP machine, and I have never regretted it! I went in with both feet and wore the mask full time while sleeping, right away. In the first two weeks I did not notice any difference other than I no longer needed to get up to go to the bathroom, which was AWESOME. And by the third week (keep in mind the experience is different from person to person) I had stopped waking up with migraine headaches. That alone was worth it. After one month, I had been getting actual energy, but I did not recognize it or notice that. It’s been a couple of months now, and I actually NOTICED EXTRA ENERGY. I am now realizing my goal to lose weight might actually happen now, because I actually am WANTING to go out and do something! I had been running on less than 1% battery levels, for so long. My batteries are actually recharging, and I feel I can get back in control of my life! This year, I hope, will be the best year yet! Thank you, Snore MD!

Without Snore MD the health care in our city would not be complete. I found that sleep apnea is a real threat to good health that can be overcome with expert help. We certainly have the expert help in the Prince George clinic. I received exceptional care and assistance with my sleep problems. I again enjoy sound, restorative sleep without snoring and gasping for breath. I wake up rested and feeling more energetic than I have for a long time. Snore MD Sleep Clinic Prince George was the only place we could find that was open on a Saturday. I'd read the reviews and felt like this was a good fit! Dennis was able to book my husband in on short notice. We have nothing but good things to say about the service that was provided by Dennis and his staff! I realize this is a business but Dennis and his team truly run a therapeutic clinic. Patient care is their primary focus and diagnostic knowledge seems better than I found from larger specialized centres. Dennis and his team have followed my rather complex case for a year to make sure they get things right before any purchase is made. I highly recommend you invest the time to see them.
