I was traveling from Alberta to visit my family in BC and I forgot a part of my power cord at home for my sleep machine. It was the Easter long weekend and found Snore MD online and I was so happy they were open on a Saturday even if it was only until 1pm. Mark was in the store and I explained my problem to him and he quickly put my mind at ease with finding a replacement cord and even water especially for my machine! He gave great service and a very reasonable price to help me get able to have a good night's rest. I slept without my machine the first night arriving in BC was very tired after such a long drive and didn't have a very good rest without my machine, waking up throughout the night repeatedly. Thank you for helping me with the missing parts and saving me from another restless night!

I was diagnosed with severe sleep Apnea in 2017 before a knee surgery I had to have.my testing was referred to a clinic in Kelowna (not Snore MD) by Health BC, part of their routine procedure. After getting results, because i did not have a warm fussy feeling about the staff, really did not seem to care, lack of friendliness and I never pursued getting a CPAP machine. After my wife pushing me to get a machine, I decided to call Snore MD in West Kelowna. The absolute and genuine friendliness and care to help was so awesome along with the totally professional attitude of Michele and Katrina made my decision to get a machine so easy, I just had to. True Professionals and caring individuals. The after the sales and constant follow ups are also another example that they care about your adjustment to use a CPAP. A must go to experience. Thank you to both of you for changing and improving my health.

The amazing staff at West Kelowna Snore MD professionally handled my transition from an old CPAP machine to a new unit that fits my needs, works better and they even provide me the distilled water to keep it operational!
Not only that.they can now monitor my new unit's operation and notify me if they notice problems.
