I visited this small clinic and was extremely happy with the service we were given. There was complete understanding and compassion around my dog's shyness and apprehension - the staff were incredible with him (my dog). They clipped his nails, immunized him and offered some prescription drugs for the next visit to ease the anxiety for me and the dog also. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was helped by a wonderful team at this clinic. Especially grateful to Bria (I hope I spelled that correctly). She was so patient and knowledgeable. And a big thank you to Dr. Bedi!

I am so thrilled with my and my dogs experience at Snowden! My dog Piper is a rescue and has anxiety. Which makes vet visits usually very difficult and stressful for her. Her first visit was an amazing experience for her. She was greeted with genuine, kind staff who understood her anxiety. I am thrilled with how comfortable she felt and was taking treats and was wagging her tail. Dr. Bedi was very kind and knowledgeable. He provided detailed treatment options and pipers allergy symptoms have cleared up and she’s thriving. I really appreciate the whole Snowden team and would highly recommend this hospital. Although we will agree the majority of the staff at this vet are awesome. Dr Bedi & his manager Taylor are both quite combative/dismissive when you have an issue- particularly when it comes to pricing. Most recently we had asked for the same dental pricing we received from the previous cleaning for our dog. We were told Dr Bedi would not provide it. When we called back to ask for more details to why Taylor repeated that Dr Bedi would not honor the pricing & that it was not up for discussion. Taylor was extremely abrupt & dismissive. It felt awful to be spoken to with such distain.particularly when we had been coming to this vet for over two years. We won't be back & we wouldn't recommend to others.particularly if you have questions or concerns.

Did you know that they will work with you to arrange hours within your work schedule? Wow. One of the vet tech's also came and picked up my kitty because I couldn't drop him off because of my work hours. The ladies that work in this office are so nice! They are kind and must really love their jobs! They treated my cat with such kindness. I was referred there by someone and they were right! No regrets. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This place and Dr. Bedi are amazing. We originally had another vet, but Snowden has now become our go to vet for our little Frenchie. The whole staff there are incredibly kind with our little girl and always give us a variety of options and prices to proceed when providing treatment but are never pushy about one or the other. The clinic is there when we need them and will make an effort to fit us in on short notice; all the while Dr. Bedi often takes the time to follow-up to see how things are going. We have nothing but amazing things to say and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for you amazing service. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough enough about how well the dog I was looking after was treated at Snowden Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, being a puppy it “ attacked” a very poisonous plant, with detrimental results. An Angel, named Rachel who is actually the Manger and technician showed up at my door on her way to work and grabbed him and Doctor Bedi worked his magic and kept our boy alive for which I shall be eternally grateful.

Snowden Animal is absolutely the best out there. I don't often write reviews but this is a must. Dr Bedi is one of the best vets we have ever had and above all he is so compassionate and understanding. The staff are great as well and work together as a team amazingly. We recently had to bring our sick kitty in and after a few tests and treatment Bamboo is back to himself again.

I absolutely have to RAVE again about Snowden Animal Hospital again! Just came back from a visit with the clinic for our dog Sophie. Unfortunately she has high anxiety going to the vets and Dr B called me a few hours before her appointment and suggested an addition to her medication to reduce her anxiety and it worked! The staff are amazing, understanding and caring, honestly i am beyond THANKFUL for how the visit went today.

They were very knowledgeable and the girls were all very nice and helpful. My dog Stella was spade here and she still likes to go in and say Hello when we are in the Area.

Best experience I've ever had with a vet! I am SO happy I found Snowden. Dr. Bedi is so caring, knowledgeable and does a great job at explaining everything. All staff are so friendly and caring. I genuinely feel like my kitties are in the best hands.

After going to a different (popular) animal clinic (in Langley) one of my cats was misdiagnosed with having pancreatitis. Blood tests and a urinalysis was conducted. He was given 2 different medications and we were sent on our way. After 6 weeks it was clear nothing was improving. I had a lot of back and forth with another cloverdale vet and another 4 weeks passed. My cat was vomiting half a dozen times a day and had lost 2 pounds in just 2 months.

I felt hopeless with finding a good vet that could get to the bottom of this. Someone I could trust my cat would be cared for and my pockets wouldn't be taken advantage of. I read reviews and took a chance at Snowden and I am soooo happy I did! First visit the issue was found immediately through an x-ray. He had swallowed something he shouldn't have and he needed an exploratory laparotomy (object removed from his intestines).

The whole procedure was handled with care and Dr. Bedi along with all the staff were so thorough, supportive and caring. They provided pre-op and post-op care and provided me with all the support I needed at home to care for my recovering cat. They even lent me their large carrier for my kitty to recover in for a few days while he was wobbly from medication.

They've continued to provide phenomenal support and recommendations for diet for my cat. It's now 1 month post op and my cat is doing so good. He is putting weight back on, running around and healthy as ever!

You are in the best hands at Snowden!

Always a pleasure to take Bo our Rag doll kitten here, even if it's just for a little pedicure. The girls are absolutely fantastic and shower him with love.

I had to make final arrangements for Malph. I knew I made right choice with just that initial phone call. Her voice radiated with empathy. I dreaded having to say my last good bye, but the professionalism shown helped ease the situation. That carried over to the followup visit, where I shook so badly I wasn't able to open box that contained the urn.a few kind words (helping distraction?), and I smiling, showing pictures and viewing said urn. From start to finish, that staff there at Snowden were an uplifting gift in trying times. Thanks doesn't begin to describe my appreciation

I recently took my pet Scotch at Snowden animal hospital, the vet Dr. Bedi is very knowledgeable and treated scotch for his skin condition, which seemed untreatable, as we had visited multiple vets in the past. Dr. Bedi did specific skin tests which helped diagnose the skin condition and now Scotch is fully recovered and living a very happy life. The staff is also very friendly and caring. I highly recommend Snowden Animal Hospital for your pet care.

These people are amazing!

I took my dog here for vaccines and a check up on some lumps he has. He’s a younger small dog so we were really concerned. We’ve been to a few other vets before but Dr. Bed Really made us comfortable. He gave us a collection of choices from removing and testing the growths, or waiting to see if they change in size, or doing a “cytology” to see if it was a concern. We have chosen to remove and test them. The receptionist was super kind, too. I was really impressed when the doctor recommended multiple things. It definitely goes to show he wants more than my money. I say that as I’ve been to another vet who basically told me my only option was to remove it as it “could” be cancer. But I wanted to hear other options and that’s what I got here, especially because the C word at the first visit without any testing can be really frightening. My dog absolutely loves these people and they care so much about him. Highly recommend!

Snowden is absolutely amazing! They care about our fur babies as much as we do! They are very knowledgeable and take the time to help you understand what is going on. I highly recommend this clinic. I am so happy that we found a vet clinic that we can trust!

Dr Bedi is great. He is extremely knowledgable and honest. Sadly I recently had to put my 13 year old dog down. Dr Bedi helped me with palliative care and gave Lilly the best last few months possible. When the time came to lay her to rest Dr Bedi gave me the best advice possible and didn't try to take advantage in the vulnerable state by encouraging any unnecessary procedures (unfortunately have had this happen at previous vets) I found him very empathetic and he has a great team behind him at snowden. The whole staff is kind and really love animals, it shows in the way they treat our beloved fur kids. I highly recommend! Thank you again Snowden

Always treat my senior cats with as much love as I have for them. Top of the line equipment, quick results and always make time.

I would like to update my review to add that today my pet needed to be out to rest and the care compassion and love I recieved it's like no other I will NEVER use another Clinic for any of my pets they are above and beyond with care thank you from the bottom of my heart and if you are looking for a clinic that truly cares look no further

Dr Bedi also cares for bunnies I brought my rabbits there I brought my cat there my cat has kidney disease my bunnies are old his prices are really good he's really compassionate and the ladies that work there with him are wonderful and sweet I really appreciate the in-depth care because rabbit care is hard to find and he has gone out of his way to get the information that he didn't have so he could care for my sweet little buns along with my kitty cat his prices are great and I just really appreciate the friendly atmosphere I had a good connection with Dr Bedi and they have a genuine love of the animals there he did extra things no cost when I went in for my annual blood work with my cat he's was able to provide the right diet and right medication for my cat and I just finally found that this is a vet that actually cares the owners and the great expenses to care for an animal that's sick or needs any kind of vet care and he took all of that into consideration for me

I have had pets my whole life, and I highly recommend Snowden Animal Hospital. All of the staff are super friendly, and great with my pets, and the Vet is probably the best I have ever been to! I will be moving out of town, and will continue to travel, to continue using Dr Bedi, as my experience has been so positive with him and his team!

We just had our first visit with our new puppy and the staff here were awesome! The vet assistants were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, kind, and just great to chat with. As new dog owners we are clueless. They had patience with us and answered all of our questions. The Vet himself was also so kind, practical, and easy to talk to. So far so good, Snowden!

This is the best veterinary clinic that I have ever been to. I brought my cat in a week ago when she was very ill. Right away, Doctor Bedi and his team got to work, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and treated my cat. The team at Snowden is kind, knowledgable, and made me feel at ease right away. You can tell right away that step-by-step quality treatment is a priority for them and they truly have a passion for helping animals; they are not just in it for the money (like some other clinics I have been to in the past). I couldn’t have asked for a better team to support both me and my cat through this difficult time. I highly recommend bringing your pet to Snowden. I know I will continue to do so!

We took Lilo (our Jack Russell) in to get her free examination, her breath was so bad they suggested she have her teeth cleaned as the plaque had almost covered her back teeth completely. They were wonderful with Lilo, everything was so new and clean and they even took a picture of Lilo for us!
The best part is, no bad breath anymore, lots of Lilo kisses now.
Everyone was so friendly and very affordable prices. Awesome to have a such a great clinic so close to home!

Dr Bedi is thorough and dedicated in his work and answers any queries one may have about their pets with patience and empathy. I would recommend him wholeheartedly as he has been a very thorough Vet and a very good listener whenever we have had any medical or psychological issues with our adopted cat.

The doctor was super confusing and contradicted himself with regards to vaccination for our new puppy. Told us he couldn’t be vaccinated until 16 weeks.which didn’t sound right to us. We took our vet to a different vet and they told us he was fine to be vaccinated. Furthermore, we clearly asked the vet and the receptionist if he could be vaccinated over the phone and they told us he could be but when we got there they said he couldn’t be. If you want a vet that will give you the run around then go ahead and go here but if you want someone who is clear with what is needed then go somewhere else.

We are finally happy to have a good vet in our neighborhood. Dr. Bedi is a very knowledgeable doctor who treated our cat in a professional manner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Dr. Bedi and his staff at Snowden Animal Hospital are truly amazing people. I brought my dog Cooper here with skin allergies. Skin issues were bothering him for a while. Dr. Bedi was very informative and took an exceptional care of him. I will certainly be back here for years to come!
