Strawberry bingsoo was delicious and very creamy. The strawberries were sweet. The cheesecake was amazing. Highly recommend.:)

Love it so much! Blueberries are sour and sweet, bursting with juice in one bite. I love it.

Good dessert but charged me $6 for 2 cheap plastic Togo containers and a plastic bag. Scammers

So you're saying your employees at this location are infact scamming people? That's crazy, we went on Thursday the 12th of October 2023.1 hour before closing. Whoever was working charged us $6 for a plastic bag and 2 cheap plastic containers. You need to fix this and ensure it doesn't happen to others.

Large portions. Great for sharing. The regular size was still too much for me and my wife. The large is good for a family of 4.

Fantastic Dessert but dont make the mistake my Family did. We all ordered 1 (total 4) and soon learned that 1 large was enough to feed the family.

Great service and perfect dessert for a got day (or a week if you're eating it by yourself)

I ordered a strawberry bingos it was nicely made, it wasn’t just plain snow at the bottom, there’s actually a lot of strawberries puree under.

The staff prepared a bowl of a different flavour from what I had originally ordered, I questioned and then later on mentioned the flavour I wanted was sold out so they decided to made another random flavour without consulting me or asking me. The whole interaction was very unprofessional. One the girls at the cash register was very impatient and threw the bowl in the garbage as soon as I refused to take the order.

I had a good experience here! One employee working for the whole cafe on a busy night! Hope he can get more help with the cafe. Great cafe!

Came here, ordered first before takeout and people before us, sat down and waited more than 40 minutes and workers still had not made our order.

I got some Nutella and Custard Taiyaki through Uber Eat and there was barely any nuttela and custard in them. Total rip off. Its not cheap.

Went there in 2022, they don't have any seats so there's only take out as an option. The food there is so so, not that good and not what I expected. I bought a triple chocolate bingsu and all I got was chocolate rocks and chocolate sauce on top of ice.

Ordered 3 taiyaki, injelomi redbean, custard, and pizza. This store is takeout only so we didn’t eat it until we got home, only to find out our pizza taiyaki had absolutely no filling in it. If it was out of stock they should have told us instead of just giving us a plain taiyaki. The custard taiyaki was also barely filled.

Used to love this snowy village. Will be going to other locations. Very disappointed.

Won't be coming back. Came with my girlfriend and apart from the negligible customer service, the pricing was absurd. First off we could not order a regular size, only a large. When I suggested putting a regular size amount in a large cup they immediately said that it would still cost the same price as a large. I had to ask twice as I was shocked that they wouldn't use their common sense to do this and it seemed like a total money grab. Not pleased with the bingsoo, the customer service, the pricing, and the fact that they have regular sizes on the menu but simply won't allow you to get one for the regular price. The only good thing was the insulated bag that they gave our bingsoo in which probably retails for about 1$.

Definitely good, but not my favourite. The mango was sub par on the bingsoo I ordered. The texture of it however was perfect. Flavour was decent. I would try it again but maybe a different flavor

Injeolmi was so hard I couldnt even chew. Sulbing on Robson is way better in terms of flavor and quality. Would never go back!

Tasty dessert, we got the cookies and creme and it even came in a thermal bag to keep cold. The guy serving us was not very cheerful but it's whatever.

Great experience to try some Asian shaved ice. Pricey stuff though to keep you cool. One neat thing is their insulated foil takeout bag. #letsguide #covid

If it was possible I would have given this place zero.worst customer service. I ordered yoghurt mango shaved ice I got a regular mango shaved ice and just few piece of mango I don’t know why I have to give Tip for Worst customer service
