So Good Restaurant

The food was not hot, and the dishes came one at a time. Spent over 100, wasn't asked for pop refill. Disappointing

The portions here are H-U-G-E. And all quality ingredients. Super flavourful too. And there is a wide variety of selection. Enough to please everybody. The more I go here, the more I love it.

Wor Wonton is supposed to have multiple types of vegetables and meat right? I ordered one at So Good tonight and got the usual 3 meats but only had broccoli as veges. When I asked, apparently that’s how they always make it.

Maybe I’m thinking of every other CHinese restaurant I’ve ever eaten at, but I’m sure it’s supposed to have carrots, mushrooms, broccoli and baby corn.

Also they can never seem to time the food right. We asked for all of it to come out together, but they handed it out one by one. Wife’s sushi came out 10 mins earlier than my food.

After we our food came we never got checked up on. Needed more water but server didn’t come back.

Love the food, best Chinese Food in town if you ask me. Faves are Honey Garlic Pork, chicken balls, and beef with green peppers extra onions.

This was our first time being in So Good. To be honest the most important part I liked about this resturant wad only the way the lady as a waitress tried to help us out as it was our second Chinese or Japanese resturant that we have evet been. I felt some problems overal with the resturant that I would like to mention here. As it is a Chinese or Japanese resturant you expect to hear some related to the culture music. The atmosphere was good and it took you to that culture as soon as you go in but it should be combined with music too. The second issue I think was the design of the food which was not okay for a resturant as the food was not designed at all. The third issue was about the tables and cutlries. In my opinion the choice of cutlery was not good as they could be all based on what happens in Old China or Old Japanese culture. And if they need to update tp new version it was better to use some good quality plates and dishes. The taste of the food was acceptable as my wife had a bit cold and she like the chicken corn soup. The size of the meal you order is much more than what you expect and do not order much as you may face much more that what you expect. It was much better if the first person that comes to the table asks you about the drink you prefer to have instead of bringing water without asking. Hope these comments can help to improve the overal quality however they might be to personal.

Food is OK. Comparable to every other place in town. Super stingy on sauces. 1 soy sauce for the whole order, despite asking for extra on phone and in person. Had to leave dinner to go buy a bottle.

Service was nonexistent. The food was terrible. Chop suey was coated in bland and slimy sauce. Chow mein tasted like old old. Complete waste of money.

Food was over cooked. Over battered (deep fried prawns). Over processed chicken for the chicken Chow mein it looked like it was fake. The spring rolls tasted like they were deep fried in shortening and it was overly greasy.
It's a bit pricey as well.

The staff were nice though.
I won't be going back.

Well satisfied with our order! Enjoyed the curried rice noodle, beef and greens and sweet and sour chicken balls. Large portions! If I had a word of advice, I would say they could reduce the size of the chicken balls. They are large enough that they need to be cut in half to eat, therefore requiring some extra culinary duties. I wish all my problems were that bad!

I have been there alot of times and some of those times they had bad customer service, but otherwise its awesome.

Tried out this restaurant a few times over the last 5 years. They don't answer the phone, so don't bother calling. I wouldn't say you are lucky when they answer because the food is just okay (on the Chinese side). I don't have any experience with their noodles, but their sushi is really low quality. The tuna today had a fishy taste, and the texture resembles blended canned tuna. Not what you would expect paying for sushi prices here (they are charging competition level prices, but competitors provide better quality. The servers don't remember who ordered what, and have no etiquette and will just interrupt you while you're in the middle of a sentence. That seems okay at a glance.but when there isn't any service for 20 minutes then that happens, it kind of feels disrespectful. We kind of made a joke of it when my friend winded up with all of the dishes and drinks in his corner of the table, and none of them were his. Improvements can definitely be made here.

TLDR: Tuna sucks, service needs attention.

The food is just wonderful, I will go back again and again for the flavour and portion sizes! It is worth some service blunders like forgetting drinks:)

Could be more customer based.not always about the money. Foods good but could be more consistent

So not good. Every dish ordered was disgusting. Every dish that contained meat had barely any. The worst of the worst were the egg rolls, filled with something slimy, mushy, unidentifiable, and inedible.
