Sobeys - Invermere

A little pricey for most items but the sale prices are big smart shopers can do well here but somw things are just astronomically overpriced, the house made sandwiches and othe delly items are well madeb and some if the best I've had anywhere.

I always had great experiences shopping there this past summer. Friendly and helpful staff. A clean, modern store.

Friendly staff. Bakery and meat departments always have fresh products. If you need groceries or fire wood, this is the place.

Sobeys Invermere always has what I am looking for and prices are reasonable. The bakery and deli have a great selection of fresh products and the store is well stocked most times. The staff are friendly and helpful and make the shopping experience easy.

I was surprised by the variety of products. Fresh vegetables and fruits, yummy bread, meat, sausages, and excellent ready meal at reasonable prices.

Selection was nice for the area. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Be aware, however, expect to encounter many customers without masks and staff were completely apathetic to enforcing masking requirements ("we are not the police" was the response from 3 different staff).

In terms of selection, quality and value for $, absolutely one of the best choices for a grocery store in the Valley.

Loved this store.very clean.well stocked.everyone was friendly. My next trip to Invermere I will be stopping there again.

Didn't have cakes the girl in the bakery when put of her way to make me 2 custome cakes in short notice didn't get her name but thank you so much would highly recommend this place just for the service

Smaller store than in a big city. I went in for Sunscreen and Aloe but the selections were very limited.

Great location and well stocked. Awesome for stocking up and getting groceries before heading up to panorama!

Sobey's is a pretty good store, given that we're located in a small mountain town. Variety is a bit limited, but that's to be expected. Covid has presented us all with challenges, especially small businessmen, and I think Steve & Lori have handled it very well. I just read of their retirement.they will be sadly missed.

Great staff. Great selection. A bit pricey, but they have items you can't find at other grocery stores. Their bakery is amazing.

Great store, decent selection, my only issue (that they can't really do anything about) is that the aisles can get pretty jammed up during all this covid business. If the store had more floor space it would be infinitely better. Regardless, I'll shop here a million times before I go back to the picked-over limited selection of No Frills.

The meat in the burger was pre-cooked and not hot when served. The business was not busy at the time.

The owner was very helpful in helping me find items in his store. It didn't seem to have a pharmacy, as advertised on its website, but it did have some items for purchase that you would find in a typical pharmacy.

Sobeys needs to work on their poor in-store advertising!

I purchased my husband the lunch special of Hot Beef Dip for $4.99

We get to the register, and they charged us an additional $3.99 on top of the advertised $4.99, just for the sauce that was carelessly poured into a soup cup and sloshed all over the place.

Needless to say, hubby's $8.98 Hot Beef Dip lunch (not the promised $4.99) was a huge disappointment and we will not be purchasing hot food from there again.

Very clean and bright layout. Love the staff over at the deli. The teens on till could use some customer service lessons some times they wont engage at all.

Great selection on asparagus. Just kidding but it’s a good sobeys. Also the asparagus selection is good I have no complaints lmao

Great produce section and carry alot of locally made/grown products. Butcher is helpful when asking for specific cut meat. Service has been good as well!

Great service and continue to keep the shelves stocked even through the busy summer months. The lines move fast and the staff is always friendly.

Ridiculously expensive even more so than other Sobeys which all are off the charts pricey. I guess they consider invermere a resort town and charge accordingly. Best Sobeys in invermere though.

Great selection of everything that you need. The food we purchased was all fresh and good quality. The staff at this location are very nice.

Seems to be the best grocery store in invermere and the surrounding area. Definitely make the trip here if you are needing more than your very basic groceries (since the other smaller grocery stores have small stock at high prices).

Went in for one, very common item. They didn't have it in stock. I mean, who has a run on Worcestershire sauce?
