I have been bringing my shorkie Lola to Social Pets on Pandoay for years. Sarah is the best! She always does a great job and is super sweet to my shy pup. Highly recommend!

The best groomer I’ve ever taken my girl to! Brittany is amazing and so accommodating. Excellent service, and does a fantastic job grooming our sweet Bella. She hated getting groomed, but since we’ve taken her to Brittany she gets so excited every time, and never wants to leave! Thank you for taking such good care of our girl, and always making her look like a Princess! Highly recommend!

I have been taking my yorkie for the past three years. It has progressively gotten worse with the grooming. We have noticed very uneven cuts. From shaved areas to long areas. Don’t know if there is major turn over with staff but every time I have to fix it when we bring her home. Looking for a new groomer with consistency…

I have been bringing my very anxious yoriki to Social Pets to be groomed for years. She always comes out happy, smelling great and looking even better. She is very shy around new people but is extremely comfortable with both the baiters and groomers. I cant wait to take her in again as she is so energetic, happy and cuddly after she comes home after a spa day!

What a lovely place to take my dog to get groomed. The staff is truly amazing and really know how to take care of our furry friends.
They are so helpful when it comes to pet supplies and have ordered me in some special food for my little puppy.
I would highly recommend Social pets.:)

Groomers can’t read their own notes, horrible grooming job on our yorkie. Staff was going to give a full credit which was appreciated, until the owner or manager decided I needed to pay at least half. I paid and will never return, bye

I just want to give a shout out to Andrea And staff at Social Pets in Kelowna as they have been so extremely generous and their customers donating to the Animal Food Bank. Wow amazing and always willing to sponsor us in anyway by selling pup Xmas decorations and earning us cash which goes 100% to the furbabies. Terrible place to get your dog groomed. I didn't have the best experience with staff or manager.

Just moved to the mission and was my first time in today and I was blown away by the amazing staff. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and the friendliest atmosphere both in the grooming & front end. You can tell they love the animals that come in My boys loved the attention and nummy treats! This place will now be my go-to place for my dogs!

I have been shopping at Social pets for a couple years now and was in this past weekend to buy a dog harness and dog food. I was shocked to see the gentleman working there not wearing a mask, Everyone else in the store including myself was wearing a mask. When I asked him why he wasn't, he stated he was the manager and refused to wear one or enforce the mandatory mask policy in his store (as well stating he wasn't vaccinated) I was shocked and dismayed. I payed for my items and left. I will no longer be shopping there. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Such a friendly and welcoming shop. The groomers are amazing. My dog always leaves with a belly full of treats and lots of love.
They carry great natural treats and my dog loves the samples!

Girls there are great my Bugg is chill with them cutting her nails, which is quite a complement

We've taken our dogs here through multiple name changes and continue to do so because the staff that does the grooming has been awesome with both, one had health issues, the other is a shy, jittery little rescue and we have no concerns leaving her in their care

HI Everyone, I spent the last four days in Kelowna and what a beautiful City. I am writing this review as the owner and employees that work at this store were amazing. They new the product and they were awesome at customer service. If I lived in Kelowna I wood make the drive to Social Pets everytime. Well done my hope is your store flourishes as it would be well deserved.

My dog is 11 years old and has a heart condition. Waited for 3 1/2 weeks for her appointment. On drop off relayed this info and would wait nearby. Refused grooming services because my dog was "not well". Tried to explained that my dog is doing well today, but she has a heart condition, was given her meds, is doing fine and she really needs a haircut (getting hot out). My dog was jumping up and down and wagging her tail. Did not look ill or distressed but was repeatedly told that my dog "will not be getting groomed today". This is unfortunate, because I've been taking my dog there for years. I will not be returning.

Only pet store in kelowna which sells the canned chicken thigh cat food. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

There the only pet-store I'll go to for all my pet needs, best value, friendliest staff! Love Social pets️

We love this store. Great range for dogs including a few more specialty items. We got a Hunter dog collar here, and they also had Hunter food bowls. Also many toys from the Chuck It range and jerky type treats that are "like gummi worms" for dogs and our German Shepherd loves them! Highly recommend.

I took my 1 year old Yorkie-poo, Penny to Sara for grooming today for the first time. I am extremely pleased with how wonderful she looks. I felt like I was listened to and that my dog was treated very well during her appointment. The store itself has many wonderful choices for pet supplies and food. I will be a regular customer from now on because of the wonderful, friendly service we received today. Thank-you Social Pets:)

I wish I could give Social Pets and their staff more then five stars. I came to SP this week, and can’t say enough good things. Our family came into the store with our new dog who needed a harness/leash etc.and we’re met by Billie (I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong!) who was absolutely wonderful and so kind with our nervous dog. We’ve had a rough year and I mentioned what we had been through and felt so accepted and welcome. We were set up with everything we needed, and even got some treats added in and the local discount. I mentioned we had travelled from out of town and was staying at a local hotel. Before we left a customer bought us a dog bed and brought it out to us. We departed back to our hotel. Our hotel phone rings and to my shock and surprise I find out the other customer and Billie put together the most heartfelt gifts for our new dog. I cried happy tears. This is a great local shop with amazing selection, and quality and the prices were awesome too. I will also add that if your a animal owner in Kelowna and Queer this is the place to shop, you will feel so welcome and accepted! ️‍️

Wow they are absolutely the best groomers in Kelowna! I have a 14 year old Yorkipoo that was extremely nervous after a traumatic experience at another groomer. They put me at ease as well as my Molly. I picked up a happy excited pup that looked amazing! The staff is incredible and so i will definitely be bringing her back for her next grooming.

Sara did such a good job today. Thank you so much for your work on Gracie, she looks great! All trimmed and bathed.

These guys are awesome! Super fast too! My retriever was done in an hour and a half, and they bathed her, trimmed some of her high maintenance butt feathers, and made her look her gorgeous self! Reasonably priced too! I'll be back soon

Staff are very friendly, and it seems likes they have a lot of great reviews, however I was disappointed in our service. Our grooming result was not quite what we expected - we brought our Brittany dog in last week for a breed-specific cut and they ended up just slightly trimming up his hair, leaving it still quite long, after we specifically asked for it to be very short underneath. We weren't walked through at the end of the grooming as they were busy with other customers, but did receive a call after and were asked to call back if we weren't happy with the cut or needed anything at all changed. So I did call back and asked for them to go shorter as initially requested. I was told that it's very busy and that "the lady at the front thought we were happy with it". So we will have to get it done again somewhere else. At $72 for a grooming, we would prefer a groomer to finish the job as requested and initially offered.

I have a Peer Breed Pom who now has the cutest teddy bear haircut! Thank you again Brittany for your expertises and thank you to all the lady’s working there making this place such a great doggy environment

Brought my Shepard/Husky for a brush out on Friday. Wow, what great service. While waiting walked around and found some great products. Thanks! My Luke looks great!
