For along time i been searching for a pair of shoe (perfect size) as i was struggling with my office shoe.finally i am happy to have such a soft pair of shoe MR A Singh85. @ Metrotown Burnaby help me out with a sweet girl at the cash counter.

Bought a pair of reeboks that were tagged for $87 and the employee put the prder thru for $110. When I saw the price on the interac machine I asked aren't these on sale. To which the employees replied that it was tagged wrong and there was nothing they could do to help. I then asked if the Manager was available to which they said no it was his day off. I said can you please try calling one employee refused and they other did call. She returned and said she can only offer 10% off that is the most they can do. I said but the shoe says it's 20% off. They would not budge and I was desperate so I bought the shoes with a 10% discount. I told the employees that they should take down the sale tags on all the shoes in the store to avoid problems with future customers to which they responded it was tagged wrong. Would never go back here.

I went to Browns and it was a mistake. I tried on an UGG boot that I wanted in black. They told me they didn’t sell them in black anywhere. So I bought a pair of UGGs that I didn’t want anyway. On my way out I walked by SoftMoc and saw the black pair I wanted! The guy working was so helpful. He knew everything about shoes. He even told me he went to the launch party of the boot I wanted. I ended up buying the boots and I’m going to return the other boots the Browns.

Confusing experience - went to pick up a shoe that I ordered online. Great shoes, quality as expected but a size too big. Asked the woman working if I could order a size down delivered to my home. She said yes, free of charge. She proceeded to look and tell me they weren’t available in that size for order. That was fine, until I checked the website and saw that the size was in-stock. Very confused so decided to call in - they could not give me a straight answer and additionally called me back to tell me I was wrong? Not sure what is going on here but judging by other reviews something is amiss. Ordered the shoes from another company.

Shoe selection is pretty good for comfort and options. Service was surly. All 3 employees were chatting with each other and did not want to get me a size. The girl acted annoyed that I even asked

Very bad customer services. I first felt ignored on the store. Then I bought a pair os shoes and when I got home found that it has different sizes.

Well we went to buy new shoes and when I was trying them out they were too big so I asked for another pair and she rudly said "oh well those fit you pretty well"in a rude tone. Overall I think that this store should get better at their customer service because this was not it. Next time we won't be coming back and we don't recommend to come here.

I wish online shop would tell how long it takes to deliver to their store when I was ordering. Took more than 10 days! If I knew, I would order from Crocs website directly with free delivery to my home.

This place was so rude to me I asked for white converse and of course they gave it to me but the thing is when I was about to pay with card didn’t work and it didn’t work they were talking behind my back my friend was there with me she was sitting while I was calling to transfer the other money I had on my credit card to my debit card there was barely any service in the store it kept cutting out and my friend told me everything after when I couldn’t pay especially the manger was saying how I couldn’t pay but it’s whatever.

I was at the store when an associate tried to help me order my shoes online to ship to my house. When I got home realize he put on the wrong size and wrong name. I tried to call the store on their open hrs on Metrotown so many times. No one picked up, I have a baby I can’t keep go back and forth to exchange them. How come a big company with so many stores is so unprofessional and useless. How many years you taking profit out of your customers and this is how you appreciate us? Can someone tell me?

Worst online shopping experience ever, never, ever again.
I bought my friend a gift for online store pickup (having to pay 3 bucks for this). As you can see from the photos, they seem to have never been in box nor new - only the lord knows, maybe a prior return or just a spare pair they found in the warehouse.flip flops were damaged, dusty and scratched then thrown into a plastic bag. An ultimate slap in the face.
Customer service online were forgiving and friendly, however I have to be honest and I have to go out my way to package these in box (so I now have to gather a box since they didn't give me one) and drop them off. Not impressed at all. What's worse is that these may go back in the warehouse for some other poor victim who may end up with them.

I tried on the display shoe and asked the associate for a different size, but she told me they didn't carry the shoe, the same shoe that I took off the shelf.
Perhaps she was new and wasn't familiar with the inventory, but she didn't even try to see what shoe I was referring to. I did end up purchasing online and it was such a smooth process. The shoes came within 2 days! Amazing!

I think it was the manager of the store but she was the most rude and condescending person I've ever met. Told me to go to a different location to exchange the damaged boots they sold me. She didn't offer to do it online and was extremely dismissive of my time. Do not shop here go to Browns or journeys around the corner

I went to the store to get a pair of shoes for my mother for Christmas. While I was going to wrap them, I noticed that there was only one shoe in the box. I have called the store 3 or 4 times and I have been sent to their full voicemail box each time. I am very concerned that no one there checked the box to make sure that both the shoes were there.

Lin, the manager, was the most disrespectful, rude and unprofessional human being I have come across in the customer service industry! Her literal JOB is CUSTOMER SERVICE, and yet she has the audacity to mock, laugh and insult paying customers. How the hell she came into being manager, blows my mind! Softmoc, you really do a terrible job in hiring! Lin, learn how to deal with customers! So condescending! I hope no one deals with someone as horrific as her.

Staff was quick and friendly to welcome and assist in placing order for item not available at location. Good service with good pricing for a generally good availability of stock on items sometimes not easily found at other stores online.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is ok. Benches available for testing shoes. Employee is basically nice and friendly. Price is good with discounts. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Mall public restrooms available nearby. Free mall parking lot available.

Great sales, and staff. Very willing to go "in the back" again and again. I had a new girl, her first day, she was great! I bought 3 pairs of shoes 1 pair of boots. They were low on stock tho only downside.

There 4 associates in the store hanging out at the cash desk while the store was full of customers. What were they talking about? Scamming our healthcare system by getting a broken nose on purpose so get a free nose job. I managed to stand around long enough for one of them to offer a size. I tried them on, were too small, had the shoe already off my foot and back in the box before associate broke away from the nose job conversation again to ask me if they fit. I said 'no' then she told me the 1/2 size sold out as if thats my fault. She tried to save face by offering to order them for me. I told her I'm good. I really wanted to say 'I don't buy things from stores with horrible service. I'll go to Shoe Company instead' Which I'm totally doing. Few bucks cheaper AND better service. (with soo many bad reviews why hasn't anything changed?)

I was here at the store today Monday March 18th.
Very disappointed. Didn't have the size that fit for my child and if they had was the trial ones and ofcourse i didn't wanted the trial ones. But what i didn't like was that they were lack of enough staff and the two associates were not helpful and friendly.

I tend to buy on-line and pick up at store. The manager of the store is nice and helpful, whereas her staff.leaves a lot to be desired. Deep breath required in face of laziness and rudeness.

Terrible customer service not once not twice, three times. Never ever go to this store on weekday evenings. The two girls that work in the evening shift are just brutal. They are so rude, lazy and will try to send you back without doing anything. You ask for a size they will give you this weird look as if they were watching a football game and you turned the TV off. Today was the worst experience where I as a customer felt really bad. I got these shoes gifted by my secret santa. I tried them on and took few steps to make sure the size is comfortable. They felt tight so I came to the store thinking of changing the size.my bad luck I had to deal with same staff. They told me in front of so many customers that I am lying and I had worn these shoes. I kept explaining to them that these shoes are white in colour and I only walked few steps, but they kept accusing me. I am in customer service and understand that even if a customer is wrong you don't say it straight up. If you as an employee don't like your job please go find an appropriate job for yourself instead of making someone's day by accusing that person. I hope the manager of this specific store is reading my review.
