I hate shopping. Im one of those women that only go when something is actually a need.
My Birkenstocks are disintegrating as I walk so it was time. I walked in, a young wonderful lady offered to help. I requested my size in any colours or style in the brand. She obliged. Came back w 4 options. Figured out what styles i liked best so she grabbed more colours in those styles. Very patient and helpful service. Staff were non pushy and offered extra help. They have an amazing selection of styles and colours. It was hard to pick.

The manager Preet excels at customer service! Because of him we’ll be back! Love the selection too.

Good selection of shoes but with how busy it gets at this location they are either understaffed or under trained.
They had to fully refund someone and re-do a transaction because something on their system wasn't working properly? Idk I've never been to a buisness that had to fully refund me and re do a purchase like that.

Took about 5 minutes to get help from one of the 3 employees at the front, needed a size on 2 pairs of shoes. She came out with one pair in the wrong shoe and went back to find the other one, it took so long we ended up just leaving the other box on the floor and leaving without any acknowledgment from the other staff, with multiple other people also waiting for help.

The store is critically understaffed. I had to wait in line to ask to try on a certain size. The clerk came back after 10 minutes with the wrong size and when I said they were too small, she scoffed at me, rolled her eyes and walked away. She never came back. Surprisingly she was one of the nicer staff in the store, as the other clerks were snapping at customers

I love coming to the store ONLY for the great variety of shoes that it has.
Unfortunately, the young staff is very snappy, not just with me but to other clients.
The young lady that was at the cashier rolled the eyes at us, she had no respect for an elder woman that was buying at least 3 pairs. I went for a pair of sandals that cost 190.39 taxes included. And when I was asking about the color options to another girl from the staff, she was scoffing at me.

Trying to be empathetic because everybody has off days, but this is way to common at this store.

I just keep coming for the products because I really like it. I would by somewhere else if I had a choice.

The staff in this store literally deserve a medal and a raise with how many rude Customers they have to deal with. Everytime I go to this location there is a rude customer and the poor staff have to deal with it. Love this store and the employees. People need to be more kind and respectful

The team at Willowbrook softmoc are wonderful. Always a good experience when I come in. You do have to be patient and wait as they are a busy store.

Great store and employees but I feel very bad for the staff here. They are always jam packed with customers and they are running around like crazy trying to help everyone. They need more staff on and more help.

Could you get your employees some stock please? Didn't have my size, the store was packed I was 5th in line and they didn't have anyone's sizes of any shoes that people wanted. I'm sure you have a great online system, but that's not why I come to a physical store.

This store is always very clean and well merchandised. The staff are very friendly and also the manager is great at this location. Can't wait to shop here again

Always great service at the Willowbrook softmoc. Christine the manager is so helpful and knowledgeable, I enjoy visiting this location.

Terrible service, the employee decided to talk to her friend while the store was packed and we were waiting for help. She made the choice to ignore us although she could clearly see we were waiting for assistance. This went on for 15 minutes until we just left. Save the time and go to a different location.

I am super impressed by the service I received at this location. You can tell the staff is well trained and knowledgeable. Great job by the manager. I do believe though that this store could benefit by having more staff on they are a very busy location.
