I bought some shoes n they were ripped ant they customer service was really bad and when I was at cashier took 5 dollers more what n they told me to leave if i didt want anything so if u guys ever want to go to softmoc js know u will be treated really mean

I wish i could give 0 stars, this is worst experience i have ever had, staff really doesn’t know what they are talking about, definitely needs better training.i placed an online order for pick up in store, so after waiting for 2 weeks it was finally delivered to store, and girl named HARMONY received package but somehow she managed to lose it, and girl (ELLE) put me on hold for 15 minutes while she’s checking the order. And then she hanged up the phone and then i called back again and they didn’t even bother to pick up, I literally called 11 times. Guildford location has worst team and management. Never experienced this kind of service at any other location. Worst customer service. They don’t care about customer, so please don’t waste your time, money or energy trying to shop from them.

Guessing staff here don’t make commission. Would have bought 2 pairs of Birkenstocks for my wife and I on the spot but the 2 of the 3 staff members couldn’t be bothered to get out from behind the counter to help us out. Luckily there’s plenty of other stores in the mall!

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Went into the store on a Saturday afternoon and I waited almost 10 minutes for a sales clerk to emerge from the back and when I asked for a particular product a white running shoe, she asked me what it looked like once I described it in detail, I was told what they have is out on display. She didn't know her products, her inventory or even try to help me find what I was looking for.
Softmoc, please train your employees

Incredibly incompetent staff, they do not know what they are talking about half of the time. Go anywhere else or any other location. They can’t do the most basic of things. Guildford softmoc is so poorly run in comparison to other locations. I would choose to go to another location over this one. This isn’t even a Christmas time issue, it’s year around.

Furthermore, don’t even bother trying to call I swear their phone must be broken I called 11 times the other day, and another softmoc location called them multiple times to put an item aside for me. They told me they sent them a chat message after they couldn’t get a hold of Guildford softmoc.

Train your staff better.

Buyer beware- if you order an item and they inform you afterwards it will not be available in time for Christmas, do not expect a full refund as promised. Staff told me to purchase the item in stock at another store and cancel my online order and now customer service will not provide me with a full refund or cancel the online order. Be prepared to be talked down to by rude staff at their "customer service" number who do not care if you ever buy anything from them again. Thankfully there are plenty of other stores that offer similar products so I will not have to.

Guildford location. Worst shoe store I have been to. 2 employees stayed behind the counter chatting and minding their own business. I waved for help but got ignored. Went to the counter and asked for a size and was called to pick them up from the counter. I have never experienced this kind of customer service before. No greeting and no thank you after the purchase. You need better employees.

The workers were very helpful and the store was very organized so I could find what I needed pretty quickly.
