Took 10 minutes to have someone come out from the back, the front of the store was completely empty. I could hear employees in the back laughing EXTREMELY loudly, as well as the smell of vape juice emanating from the back.if that wasn’t damming enough, the employees were again EXTREMELY loud in the back, spending their time at work talking about their vapes! Very unprofessional. I came to buy a pair of Birks so I hope they know they lost a $200+ customer.
Will not be returning, at no point whatsoever have I experienced such lack of customer service. If I had to guess everyone that works there has to be under 18 due to their lack of maturity and ability to take their job seriously.

Great service, they made sure I was able to find the shoes I was looking for and in the right size. Great place to go if you want to try the shoes on first.

Nice store with lots of selection
Quite a surprise actually as I haven't been in it yet. Prices are good. I hit a sale for my Sketchers. Sales staff were good and it was busy. No complaints. I would shop there again.

Service wasn't good that day went in the girl got my shoe then she walk away so I left poor service

Horrible service as no staff. Couldn't wait any longer to try to find someone to help me.
