Horrible customer service. Whenever I ask for any other size, they do not have it in the store. The other day, I was trying a snow boot, and I asked for the other (left) pair, and it took them 17 minutes to bring it. My friend was asking for a size 7, and they brought a size 8 and made similar mistakes a couple of times in our same visit without saying sorry. It should not be that complicated. In my experience, the staff was not friendly or kind. Overall, I would not recommend it.

Softmoc Granville is my go to shoe store - great location, excellent selection and pricing though it's really the staff that keeps me coming back

“I will not go to your store until I die” staffs are really bad so that’s the reason why I will not go to your store anymore who want to go to this store good luck

The Granville store has exceptionally poor customer service, if the staff even acknowledge you, which they usually don’t.

I am 8 months pregnant and had to move 3 big boxes just to see the shoes behind all of the stock that was left on the floor. There were 2 staff members who watched me and acted like I didn’t exist. The place is a mess with shoes and boxes left everywhere.

This is the second time in a row that I have left because it was such an unpleasant experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

This is for Softmoc Online - not this particular store. I ordered a pair of boots, and received an email on the day they were arrive saying they were sold out. That should show on the website, not the day the item is to arrive!

I am very disappointed in this Soft Moc on Granville. How hard is it to have some decent customer service, I felt ignored when I needed help. Also, the manager wasn’t nice at all. I am never coming back
