Kathy does an AMAZING job on my nails every time! She takes time to make your nails exactly how you like it! I have never had a nail tech be so precise with her work before! Never going anywhere else!

I had my nails done at Solar nail & spa. It was a good experience. But that would be perfect if they used clean towel for each customer and also sanitized the nail clipper and other nailing stuff after using for each customer.

Kathy is amazing! She does such an amazing job and she is just an all round really nice person. She is so detailed and is a perfectionist but very fast!

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience for my hand’s gel polish. I wasted my time and came back to fix some nails that chipped after 2 days then she just fixed 3 of them. Overall the quality of service was very low and the technician even didn’t say sorry about that.

I’ve been coming here for over a year! I love the ladies! It’s a sense of community walking in! My fiancé also enjoys the services, and loves the massage chairs!

Kathy is absolutely amazing! Her attention to details, nail design, communication, customer care, in every way she’s #1. I’ve been to many places and I’ve never been so happy like I am with her work, and I’m very picky! She’s very talented and so fast. She never complained about the complicated designs I asked her for and she doesn’t take too much time like other technicians I’ve been to in other salons.
This was my second time going to her and I can’t get my eyes off of the amazing job she did on my nails. The first time she did a very good job as well and I received a lot of compliments. I totally recommend her.

The overall service in the salon is very good as well. I always call them last minute and they take me in shortly, even though they are busy. They have a very good time management. I like the overall culture of the salon also. They pay attention to their customers and communicate with them rather than chatting to each other in their language which you usually see in other salons.

Kathy’s great! Loved every second of my pedicure and I’ve been getting my nails done by her for about 6 months. Great service!

Best nail salon ive been too. They did my nails so well and didnt take long. THEY DO REALLY CUTE ACRYLICS

Prices are reasonable but quality it’s not great.
Initially I told the lady I wanted ombre nails and she was quite exited, later on I told her I was going to choose just regular shellac instead because I could not afford the ombre (65 cad) after I mentioned that she radically changed her mood, I was trying to be friendly and she just focused on the nails and did not engaged. Also she looked upset and wanted to get the job done quickly, because of that was being very tough and my nails are now breaking off, shellac started coming out after 2 days.

They aren’t bad at doing nails for a good price. However their massage chair wasn’t working yet they still put me in it, which was disappointing. They have good covid safety measures.

Always have a good experience here. Friendly staff, professional services, massage chairs, and infused water.

$6 covid fee. Wasn't told when I made my appointment either. My massage chair was broken (which they knew about). I have a baby at home and thought I'd treat myself to a birthday pedi and was disappointed I couldn't relax or even recline in the chair.

Most of the staff very experienced and friendly. Always can come and find the service without an appointment. Really appreciated

Everytime I visit Port Moody I treat myself to this place for my nails! And they last for like over a month. I love it!

I go here every two weeks and absolutely love the job they do! I spent years struggling with finding the right place that would do a job I liked but walking in here is a dream come true! The staff have great service, are friendly and actually help advise on what’s best for your nail health. I would 10/10 recommend

After one week my nail fell off.only had them for a week 2 days and more started to fall off. I have gotten acrylics many times this was the worst time.the service was bad.the girl was very rude to me. I spent 80 dollars and I didn't even get my cuticles cleaned properly and when I asked they said it was a 10 dollar charge. I would not suggest going here.

Easy to get an appointment. Quick and efficient. My nails always last. The women are friendly (English is difficult for many of them) so they often speak to each other in Vietnamese but I never feel uncomfortable. Price is good.

Save your money for a more respectful nail salon. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I been going here for almost 10 years. I spent thousands of dollars and it's a shame they think it's okay to act this way.
Nothing worst then being talked about from your nail technician (Selina) in another language to other employee's and get stares and giggles like their making fun of you. Kelly the owner is no better. It's usually a hit or miss with her. I understand people have bad days, but it's unacceptable to take it out on your clients. Prices are different all the time. If you notice, the board posted near the front entrance has prices covered with tape, those are the ones where prices change. It seem's to be based on who does your nails.

The gals that work here are great at what they do and are hardworking. Just know that when you bring in your own file kit that they provide, the bill should not include this $1. I have brought my own file kit in for the past 4 sessions and they know at the till I do and still charge me the extra $1. I know a $1 is not much but that is not the point. The shellac pedicure I get is $45 but they always charge me $46. So check your price before you pay.

I have been going here for nearly 2 years and this is the second time I have to leave and go find someone, somewhere to fix the pedicure.never again!

I went for a delux pedi today picked a light pink color For my shellac she puts on the color I realize it’s a darker shade than the one I chose. I asked her if it’s 115 and she says yes. I tell her that it’s quite different she says the samples are few years old and they have faded and that I shouldn’t worry my color Will fade in couple of days lol. I let it go.my feet were soaked for only 2 min before she started doing her thing. Everything was rushed massage was less than a minute she upsold me for mani and to put unicorn on the polish so it will look lighter. I said ok but can I get the express mani cuz my dad was with me and didn’t want him to wait too long. Came to pay and she charged me 110$ 45 pedi delux 45 mani 20$ for unicorn color. I asked her why am I paying so much for mani that didn’t come with anything but cuticles cleaning and color change she said it’s the same price as regular. I didn’t want to argue and make scene I paid and tipped her $20 on top of it. I’m just writing this review hoping she reads it and knows that I won’t be returning client cuz u can rip me off once and feel good about it but know that I won’t be returning to u ever again. So in the long run u lost a good client that works in the service industry and know how to tip well.

I like this place. I went in for a nail fill and decided last minute to get shellac. The lady who did my nails was very gentle in cleaning my old gel nails. The shellac job was really well done and the color came out beautiful. I would really recommend this place, especially when they're not so busy. Going in the morning or early afternoon is a pretty good time and there's a nice waves coffee shop near by to pick up a coffee before or after hand.

The parking situation is pretty great too, so you don't have to worry about that. Its never really all that busy.

Horrible would never recommend for anyone. If possible I wouldn't even give them one star. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked them if they could do marble design on 2 of my fingers and I showed a picture. They said yes, so I assumed they were able to do it. But it took just under an hour for them to attempt the design but never succeeded when I told them it was okay I'll go without it they simply painted over they're several attempts leaving it messy and fat. I ask for them to redo it and what I recieved was several eye rolls. Not only was there a bad experience, they cut me in several places, charged me more for features I didn't need and after 2 hours 2 of my nails broke.
