Great shop! I was worried about my wheel condition and brought my car there. It was not needed any replaced/ repair, but the staff was very friendly and kind. Definitely I will come back here if my car has issues in the future!

I am very happy with their service when I came to this place late in the day for repairing a flat tire. Everyone, particularly Grant has been very helpful. In addition to repairing the flat tire, they also checked all other tires to ensure safe performance. I strongly recommend Son TireCraft

Great service with very honest staff! I was told by the manufacturer dealership and a secondary tire shop that my nail could not be fixed due to it being on the shoulder of the tire. Pressured into buying two new tires because I couldn’t change just 1 ($1000) and when I came here they confirmed it was located in a fixable place and patched it on the spot in less than 30 mins! They are the best! Thank you!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. This team was amazing to deal with. We were in a travel bind due to extreme weather and were close to calling off our family Christmas but these guys pulled together and got us the tires we needed and studded them onsite in time to get us there safely. To say that they made our Christmas is understatement. Their level of integrity, customer service and genuine caring is above anyone else we have dealt with in this industry and beyond. Lazy and unknowledgeable. Bought a set of Pirelli's from a different Tirecraft and had one of the tires blow out while my father was driving on the highway. Called the original Tirecraft where I purchased them in Calgary, and was told to take the tire in for inspection to find the cause of the flat since Pirelli warranties their tires and that any registered Pirelli dealer can handle the issue so it shouldn't be a problem. My father brought in the flat tire to these guys and they tell him that Pirelli tires aren't covered by warranty. Tires were less than 2 months old, under 2,000 km driven. Quick google search brings up their Consumer warranty brochure for passenger tires.

It's one thing to not want to take on the job but it's another to lie or be completely uneducated on the topic. If you don't want to help a customer out who purchased them at a different branch then just say so.

Ended up taking the tire to a local Kal-Tire in New Westminster and they inspected the tire, wrote a report, and are helping me file the warranty claim with Pirelli. Thanks for nothing!

A very honest and professional shop. Decided to go there after hitting the curb with one of the tires and the steering wheel would shake at high speed. I originally took the car to Kaltires to see if a wheel alignment would fix the issue, $140 later, it did not help at all. So I decided to take it to this shop after seeing the good reviews, the staff was very knowledgeable and honest up front, didn’t try to sell me things I didnt needed. In the end, it costed me less than 90 dollars and now the issue has been resolved! 100% would recommend!
