We went for our first cold plunge/sauna. It was a really neat experience. The room was nicely set up with the sauna, cold plunge and a shower. Definitely recommend. We will be back

Kelly is wonderful! A colonic session can be very intimidating, especially if its your first but Kelly is so kind and patient. She answeres all your questions and creates a very comfortable environment. The space is clean and peaceful, and smells like a spa with the diffuser on. Looking forward to my next visit

I went to Sona Wellness for a colonic with Kelly. She made the experience very comfortable. Kelly cares deeply about her clients and it really shows! Colonics can be nerve-wracking for first-timers, but she really knows how to put you at ease during the whole process. She is professional and knowledgable, and the clinic is a warm and welcoming space. I can't wait to try the cold plunge and infrared sauna!
