Been using Sonic for 15 years over various companies. Excellent customer service and a good size fleet that will get your shipments delivered in a timely manner.

Everyone at the call center is a pleasure to talk to, especially Ashley.

For those of who are complaining about the customer service being too cold, why don't you try answering 1000+ calls a day with everyone wanting their stuff delivered first. If you need to feel warm and fuzzy, don't call a dispatcher, go over to your mom's house. Or talk to Ashley.

I agree with Raj's review. Less is very rude and hung up on me when i was asking when a shipment was going to get picked up. If we also didn't have to ship collect I wouldn't use them either. Unfortunately you need to always record the time you talk to them and who your talking to.

I just got off the phone with this company, and like every time I have called previously (which unfortunately is fairly often) the man taking my call was extremely rude, and spoke as though he was doing me a favour by taking my call. They are often very late picking up the shipments, regardless of service level requested at the time of the call. If this particular customer hadn't specified using Sonic for their collect shipment, I would never call this courier again.

Twice now, we have had problems with this company, as shipments were not picked up, and sent to the wrong address on a different occasion. I would not recommend using them in the future.

I have been using this courier for some time and have had absolutely no problems with them. I think that most only post a review if they had had issues.
