Sophia's Nail Spa - Northwoods Village

Have had many mani/pedis here ranging from fair to excellent. Wanted to try their wax services. Was put in a room that was unclean and cluttered. There was NO towel to cover myself with while the door would be opened when the worker came in and out. I asked for a towel and was given the one towel they had - which was buried underneath the pile of staff coats - and it was FILTHY. I pointed this out and she said she could 'go look' for another. No thanks. I canceled the wax. During the mani, the lady beside me asked her manicurist for an opinion on which of between two colours to pick - she was told twice to 'just choose a colour' - a bit rude! The staff were chatting so loudly between themselves that you could barely hear yourself think. I don't need to make conversation when I go, but it is not at all a peaceful experience. The rates are lower than other places, but there are reasons for that. Doubt I'll be back.

I always have Hannah do my manicure and Long does my pedicure. Friendly, fast and very professional. I highly recommend this this business.

They did an excellent job shaping and painting my own nails exactly as I wanted. And pleasant!
