Called for a quote to check if they had the 2k worth of tires. Short answers and impatient! - He accidently didn't hang up and heard him tell his buddy "Wow that guy talked so much" - My call was 03 mins 24s and that's with him looking up the tire prices. If they can't spare 3 minutes before you pay, I can't image what happens after you pay. Took my money elsewhere.

There is no other place where your wheels / tires are replaced or repaired as fast as here.

Costco takes 2 hours, Sorat Wheels takes me 10 minutes each time. Definitely recommend.

My Audi Q7, BMWX5, Yukon Denali and two Dodge caravan work vehicles all have their tires from Sorat - the only place to go for no nonsense, good service with fair prices and great deals on after market rims and wheel packages. 5years of fantastic service for our family and business.

I have had continual good service from the owner and staff at Sorat Tire. Actually, I should tell you that I have been to other tire service companies around North Vancouver, and I have experienced the Customer Service and knowledge of those companies, so I have enough experience to compare them. This is the reason that I wrote this review for Sorat Wheels. The owner of this business, whose name is Shurzad, has given me advice for my vehicle, that has always been smart and intuitive. This kind of knowledge about tires for my vehicle, and how they would handle and last, cannot be done by other companies that just have young staff at the counter.
Thanks to Sorat Wheels owner and his professional staff, who have balanced & installed the tires and rims so quickly. They repeatedly show respect for my time to bring my vehicle into their shop. I feel that they have shown that they appreciate the time I have taken to buy my tires at their company.
I do recommend this company because they have superior product knowledge, and they will also beat the prices of other companies as well… Who does that nowadays?

This place is awesome! The teamworks are outstanding. My schedule supposedly start at 4pm but I arrived 15 mns early and they started it right away and with in 10 minutes exactly 4pm my car is ready, WHAT! I’m very satisfied to the outcome. Thanks team SORAT keep up the great work.

Esplanade East off Lonsdale I like to call “tire row”, resulting in healthy competition, which Sorat is one such good example. When a shop a block away failed me after weeks of several drop-in attempts to summer/winter wheel swap, I called Sorat for an appointment. They simply said “can you come now? ”, which I did thankfully! Their price was fair, they took only a half hour, and they even treated the tires to be gleaming black & clean when I drove off. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

I really enjoy the speedy service at sorat wheels and tires.
It is very rare like a guy like me leaves Coquitlam or kal tire but he had the wheels in stock and I wanted some winters. He provided them on within the hour and now I have a flat, and he seems to be taken care of it.

Hospitality at its best! I came for a set of winter tires, even though the guys and owner were super busy, they took the time to greet me and help me in choosing the best tires and wheels. The display if hospitality at a tire center is unheard of…until today! These group of individuals are simply phenomenal, helpful, friendly and professional. Never going to another tire place ever!

Another amazing experience. Their staff is super attentive. I purchased summer rims and tires earlier this year and just bought winter tires. Within less than 24 hours I received a competitive quote and got top of the line and hard to find Pirelli snow tires installed. Highly recommend, Tesla friendly installer.

I purchased a snow tire/wheel package for my Tesla Model Y today. This is probably the best tire shop I’ve ever been to. No upselling (in fact he gave me a cheaper option compared to what I ended up purchasing), great customer service, beautiful showroom/waiting area, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I will be coming here from now on!

Needed a key for a lug nut that was hard to find. Called in to ask if they knew anywhere I could get one, and they said to come by. 20 minutes later, I'd been handed a key that fit my car free of charge. Excellent customer service, even if you're not a customer!

Definitely ill prepared for the snow and cold we're having and in hindsight should have gotten winter tires sooner. Regardless wanted to leave a review and thank the owner Shirzad for getting me set-up with new Michelin Alpin PA4 on short notice.like 3hrs. These tires are excellent in the snow and ice and grip very well. Dry and wet pavement performance was again excellent. I would definitely recommend these winter tires but most importantly Shirzad and Sorat Wheels and Tires.

It's a busy place because you get great service at good prices. They definitely deserve the 5/5.

I just had new BFG KO2 tires installed. Service was unreal. The technician was there to greet me and help me drive into the lift. Quick and very pleasant experience. Only place I will ever purchase tires!

Found this store via Facebook marketplace. Was doubtful at first but in over 3 weeks of trying to find wheels through a variety of sources, these guys came through. They answered what must have seem like an endless stream of inquiries for over 2 weeks from me. They were always prompt and professional with there support. Highly recommended for great prices on a variety of wheels and tires.

Inexpensive tires and a crew that swapped them out in 30 minutes.

Pulled in to the shop, they were ready for me, no waiting and right onto the lift it went.

Short and to the point. Terrible customer service help.
I bought mags at a great price in late 2018. I bent one recently. I called to order another one. I was told they "I can't get those anymore, I don't deal with them". I asked if he could check the supplier in case they have any left. He made a call and said "there are no left. I can not help".
I then did my own search, franticly looking for a replacement. I found the Canadian supplier, and called. It turns out there was one in Toronto and the supplier was so nice they ordered it to another garage "Tireland on Esplinade Ave" and sold it to a desperate customer at cost. No help from Sorat but lots from the distributor. Never going to Sorat again. Going to Tireland, just a few doors down.

Dosen't matter if you are looking for brand name tires for a luxury vehicle, snow tires, sport rims or tires for commercial vehicles Sorat Wheels & Tires is the place to go to.
Staff is super friendly and professional.
Shirzad is very helpful and knowledgeable with years of experince under his belt. Covid protocols are being followed throughout the store.
Prices are unbeatable and the quality is great.
Would deft reccomend these guys and will go back for more tire or rims when needed!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I’ve been coming here for a few years and service has always been great. They have a good selection of rims, tires, and a great annual tire swap service.

The bearded guy has very bad attitude and he’s always on the phone telling me I’m busy we are very busy our schedules are full. Dude hire someone to answer the phone so you can talk with your customers. Prices are above the market value depending on him.

Fantastic service and quick. Popped in yesterday to take a look at some rims and tires, but wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the extra on rims for my Tacoma, or level the front first.

Was given a few options to think about and decide. Decided I liked the rims as well, so went in this morning an hour after opening (on a weekend at that), and was in and out within an hour!

Truck rides line a dream, looks awesome and we by far the best deal in town.

Easily my go to shop from now on.

I've been here twice, once in Jan. 2015 and again in Dec. 2019 to re-tire my F150. Both times they offered me the best price around, and the service was very fast and efficient. I'll be using them again.

Got winters for my X3. All correspondence was via email and spoke directly with Shirzad the owner. Super quick replies and able to address any questions or concerns I had. Fair pricing and much cheaper and less troublesome
than shopping across the border.
Wheel swap was super efficient, was done in less than 10 minutes with zero wait time!
Had an issue with a rim but Shirzad offered a solution that wad agreed upon by both parties.
Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Put my car in for flat tire. Took 4 hours to fix and next day the tire was flat again. Not happy.

I had the pleasure of getting new tires, rims and sensors today. 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie. Toyo GSI 5 winter tires.
I highly recommend this shop. I live in Richmond and drove to North Van because this place had great communication and awesome service.
I will be returning for a quote on some summer tires and a swap in the spring of 2019.

Review update. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with another tire company that damaged my wheel and did a horrible job of balancing the wheels on truck.

I called Shirzad to ask him how much he would charge me to balance them properly. He did it for free because I am a return customer. I tried to save time by not driving to North Van from Richmond to get my tires swapped by working with a closer company. I wish I would have just stuck with Sorat Tires, they do nice clean work.

For several weeks I was emailing back and forth with Shirzad on wheels and tires. Seeing that there are so many choices, I was so indecisive with what I wanted. When we narrowed it down (after a handful of emails) I decided to go ahead with a lift and new tires for my Jeep. We were going away on holidays in a few days and I only had a short window to get things done. Shirzad and his team did in just over an hour what would typically take several hours. Amazing service and I will be back when it's time to buy my rims.

I was referred to this place by my friend Amir from Marci Auto. I was quoted from Costco, fountain tire and Canadian tire, these guys saved me around 3-400$ in comparison. They took me in next day and even though I showed up an hour earlier than my appointment Shirzad took me in right away. I was very pleased with my experience.

A great group of people who take pride in their work. I was fitted with new rims and tires in less than an hour after arriving at their shop. When I came back in for my re-torque they did it immediately and gave me an extra pressure cap when they noticed one had fallen off. Will be returning to do my winter tires as well. Can’t recommend them more, fantastic service.

Woke up this morning to a fresh bath of Vancouver snow and the tires on my Pathfinder have been slipping on the road. I needed a new set of winter rated all terrain tires asap. The guys at Sorat hooked me up within the hour and was able to put them on the same day. I just got home with a new set of BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO2s and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend you come here for a hassle-free experience.

Had my truck new wheels added to my truck, levelled, brake calipers painted, TPMS sensors transferred and I have to admit from the moment we started are chat from emailing to the day the work was done, the owner was quick to reply and showed professionalism. This was my first time getting work done at Sorat and I was happy with the end result and dealing with Sorat wheels and staff. His prices are fair and reasonable with this market industry and he has more to offer in his work. I would recommend them!

They charge way too high $$$$$ for regular services. Stay away. Go to any other place and you would be ok.

My rims have held up and performed very well. Exceptional service and customer interaction. Even going as far as replacing my centre caps for me as my previous caps had worn out over time. I would buy again and again from them. I would recommend to anyone in Canada looking for wheels because of great service, great product and great price.

Fast and efficient. Thought I would have to make appointment for snow tires but they had a spot open and was in and out in no time at all.
