I took my car to Soren's with a rust bubble through both outer and inner parts of the driver's door and got a very quick, very well done fix for a great price. Highly recommended.

Soren is very detailed oriented and a professional with a big heart. I have taken my vehicles to him for 15 years ago. I have many friends and relatives whom are loyal to him. GOOD JOB Soren!

I was very excited to get my car detailed. I had the appointment booked for a few weeks and it was a gift through Groupon from my partner. I emptied out my car as they suggested but when I got to the shop the person who came out to greet me took one look inside my car and started saying how gross it was. It has dog hair in it and needed an upholstery clean.hence the reason I was bringing it in. I don’t have kids and I don’t have a dog that goes in my car all the time! The dog belongs to my partner and the dog occasionally comes in my car - how bad could then dog hair really be?
The guy at the shop looked at my car for all of twenty seconds before telling me he was going to have to charge me extra! At LEAST $60 on top of what we had already paid for! (The gold package!). When I told him I’d be happy if he did his best but wouldn’t expect him to get ALL of the dog hair out. And he told me if he couldn’t get all of it out then he wasn’t going to do it at all! Went on to say that he would pay ME $1000.00 if i could get out “all the dog hair”. (It wasn’t that bad!) should have taken him up on his offer since he claimed he had such a powerful vacuum! I could have been $1000.00 richer! I asked again if he could just do his best for what we had paid for when he told me - what you haven’t paid me anything yet! You paid Groupon who what, is in Chicago!? They have your money, you should just ask them for a refund.
He then stormed off to his office, slammed his door and then slammed off his “OPEN” sign.
This place is extremely unprofessional. Is only out to take your money.

I used a groupon for the gold detailing service but it definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Matt was very flexible in scheduling an appointment that worked with my schedule. Honestly, my car had about 4 years worth dirt inside and came out looking new. I would definitely recommend but just note that if your car is very dirty, you may be charged an extra $60 but won't know until you get there.

Would highly recommend their car detailing services, they made both of my cars look and smell brand new! One of my cars smelled strongly like dogs when we brought it in and they used the ozone treatment - now the smell is completely gone. Thank you Matt, we will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Soren and I would certainly recommend it! After I got my Groupon and read the good reviews about the place, I booked an appointment then received a text message from Matt to confirm. The day before the appointment, I received a reminder text which was also very thoughtful. My car was done in 4 hours and it was all shiny and clean. I am very satisfied with the experience and I will definitely be back in the future.

Aggressive, rude, unprofessional owner - never support this business!
I called to book an appointment for a Groupon deal they had, and no one answered, so I booked an appointment online. Nowhere on their online form is an option to indicate that one has a Groupon. I emailed to confirm my appointment and when I showed up to drop off my car and said that I had a Groupon, the owner started YELLING at me and saying that I had to pay full price for it the car detailing. Honestly, if my boyfriend wasn't waiting for me in a car nearby, I would have felt really unsafe as a smaller woman alone in an empty industrial area. I asked for my keys back and left as soon as I could, before any cleaning was done. Fair warning to customers to not support this highly unprofessional, aggressive, and dangerous owner - especially if you bought a deal, because they did not honour my Groupon and did not clean my car.

Super rude staff. Sought to levy additional charges. When asked to keep within the budgeted cost, refused service and asked me to remove my car from the premises. Taking my business elsewhere.

My car was extremely dirty because I was unable to wash it since the Pandemic started. I got the Gold Detail package at Soren, and that is exactly what the car needed, a very good detailed. After I got the car from Soren, it reminded me the smell and cleanliness the car had when I got it from the dealership. Soren did an excellent job.
