They have some unique flavours I are uncommon. Service is pretty normal. Despite being called a cafe they haven't brought back any seating areas since COVID.

So the other day I had my electric scooter with me I decided to go get bubble tea but I forgot my lock so I brought my scooter inside this rude lady who works there decided to let know I should leave it outside knowing there is a possibility of it getting stolen so I asked her nicely and she began to be really rude to me and she grabbed the phone and try calling the cops on me

I got their black sesame ice cream smoothie with pearls and it really hit the spot! Definitely going again:)

Great drinks one of my top favorites. Biggest flaw is how early they close.at the time of writing this review7: 30pm their schedule said closes at 9-9: 30pm. Closing 2hours early? Smh

Most recent experience was extremely unprofessional. Instead of being polite and making sure their customers needs are met, I was met with rude and condescending remarks.

I ordered a green apple milk tea and was given a green apple slush. When I confronted them about their mistake, they blamed me for not correcting the order and refused to change it. It was a cold night and I’ve ordered their green apple milk tea before, which is delicious I will admit, but I was not looking for the slush. They proceeded to say I was in the wrong and would not correct my order. I went back and fourth with the cashier but instead of being courteous, she threatened me that I was being recorded and then proceeded to show me the recording of my said mistake, which you can tell I was still not in the wrong.

As a business, you should take into account for these types of situations and always be polite and give the customer the benefit of the doubt. It was one simple error but they made it a very big deal for something so small. Other bubble tea shops would not be this rude and would have changed the order right away.

I will not be coming back again and letting everyone I know not to go.

Don't understand the negative reviews about the service. Been coming here since they opened and service has always been friendly and courteous. Anyone complaining about rude staff/service.it's probably a "YOU" problem and not them lol. Also, don't expect a free drink or "replacement" if you drop your own drink. It's not the shop's fault you weren't careful and should not have to compensate a new drink and waste their time and ingredients. No need to cry about it and make a scene!

Drinks are always great and made fresh. Unique homestyle Korean flavors. Love the kabocha and purple yam with oat milk options! Pearls are always soft and drinks are perfectly sweetened.

The service is horrible every time we visit. The little chubby lady is extremely unkind and unprofessional.

Had worst cafe experience in my life!
The staff's attitude is so rude!
Her attitude.no wonder why she's working here.

Plus! They let me wait outside for drinks
I ordered inside.
That doesn't make sense. I'm the only customer at that time. The store was empty.

Bought a drink here on a very cold night I was waiting for an Uber after buying a drink inside and they kicked me out. Saying I’m not allowed to wait inside? Ridiculous, unprofessional. Normally when you purchase something you can stay for 5minutes. The store is large they said the capacity was 3 but Covid restrictions like that are not in place anymore.

I don’t very often write reviews. But, I had two today. Bubble tea is my secret addiction. This was an absolutely incredibly delicious bubble tea. However, the staff was the rudest I have dealt with yet. Zero personality, super aggressive. And extremely bossy. They have absolutely no care for customer service.

Worst customer service in Coquitlam! The girl taking the orders got my order wrong and instead of offering to correct the order she said that all the drinks are like that and I should know, very condescending and disrespectful, she then threatened me that I am being recorded after I told her she has a bad attitude! From one small business owner to another, keep your tone professional, be courteous and take care of your customers, blaming and threatening them for your mistake will not keep your business afloat!
