Needed to install a deck for an older truck and customer service was amazing. They helped find me an amazing unit for my price range, install was perfect and they even added a nice surprise by connecting the unit to my steering wheel control within the original quote. Planning to take my other car (55 Ford) to get it hooked up.

Excellent service, the guys went above and beyond for me and my remote starter. Very happy I brought my problems here, they took care of it with ease and expertise.

I bought a double din apple car play stereo from sound advice and they’ve been nothing but amazing. They helped me install it free of charge and fixed it when it wasn’t working properly. I cannot recommend this place enough they are simply the best!

I was having trouble connecting to permanent power for a dash cam I purchased online and came to sound advice to see if they could help me out and he did happily. Used their multimeter to figure out which fuses had constant power and which fuses were accessory power. Attached my dash cam to it and it worked great. Thanks for helping me out.

Full stock swap out on my 2016 Acura ILX. Jl Audio sub box with amp installed along with front and back speakers. Nice bass control dial installed near steering wheel along with 2 Garmin Dash cams. All done in one day no issues thus far. Sound proofing installed in doors, no rattling! Top it off was all done below estimate and amazing communication between Mark and I. Definitely recommend!

I've almost been run-over by the people here, twice. Constantly blocking the public sidewalk with cars, busses, trucks, boats, etc. Noticing their wood scraps being dumped across the road too. These vehicles are often left idling too, at the disadvantage of people who just want to breathe clean air. Frequently seeing employees parking their vehicles in residential spots over the two hour limit.

Got a front and rear camera installed and purchased from sound advice. Excellent customer service and a great location.

Every time I go into Sound Advice everyone is very nice and welcoming. They genuinely want to help you with your needs as opposed to other sound/audio shops that make you feel pressured to buy something and get out the door.

I went to Joe a week before having a sound system installed, to be well informed on his products. One week later I had what we both felt was best for my car, and was delighted with the results. Joe and his team did a great job, kept me informed as the work was being done, and sent photos of the work in progress. Joe and his team offered the best service ever! Absolutely amazing service! I recommend everyone go to Sound Advice! They did great work installing my front and rear cameras in my vehicle and even took extra time when they were all done to move the front camera to a different location for me. It was almost closing time and they took it back in and spent the time to move it and ask me if I was good with the new location before putting it all back together. This is my second visit to Sound Advice (first time with another vehicle for different install) and both times the service was terrific! Take your car here!

They were very professional, showed us what our options were. Once installed, took time to make sure we knew how to use the back up camera and to practice at home also made sure the phones paired and how the whole system worked. Retrofiting a older 2004 vibe was not easy.

Helped me with a new dash cam. Helped me find a decent unit without trying to sell me more than I needed. Fit me into a fast appointment and car was ready at the time they said it would be.

Gave me the basic instruction on operation and helped me install the app on my phone. (As I am not very tech-savvy, this was a big plus for me.) Would definitely recommend.

The cd player/radio in my wife's 2008 Pontiac Vibe finally packed it in. I had heard nothing but good things over the years heard about Sound Advice so I went there. I'm so glad I did. Local business and treated us great. We swapped it out for a touch screen model. It was also Sirius radio ready and Joe told us of a great offer they had going so we got that also. There was one minor hang up and they took care of it immediately. Would highly recommend.

I truely can't say enough about what a wonderful experience this was. From the first time I spoke to Mark (on the phone from out front of a competitors store) I knew that I had found the right place. Mark was friendly, knowledgable and completely forthcoming throughout the entire process. Within minutes I had an appointment to have the appropriate outdoor dash cam installed on my cargo vehichle. Who could have guessed this would prove to be so difficult for everyone else. The morning of my appointment they had my van in and back to me quickly. Mark went over all the details about how to operate it and they even cleaned my backup camera for me. I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking foa r knowledgable, no nonsense shopping experience.

I popped in looking for info on whether it was possible to install Bluetooth for phone in my 94 Toyota. Both staff were incredibly helpful without being pushy. I came away happy and highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I went to Sound Advice to get my Nissan X-Trail updated with a wireless Bluetooth radio. Joe was so helpful! I've used sound advice 2x in 3 months for seperate stereo installs where Joe and Adam helped me both times. Adam knows his stuff and he works fast. Joe took the time to teach me how to use it without making me feel stupid (which has happened elsewhere). It's a chill environment and everyone was really friendly. Highly recommend!

Picked up my vehicle last Friday and have been smiling ever since. I was debating over a few options and Mark was very informative and lead me in the right direction. The final product sounds amazing, the install works perfectly and even with a few custom cut ins it looks amazing! The final bill matched the original quote and the customer service is evident. I went here yesterday and loved the customer service I received. The guy at the sales desk was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products I would need for upgrading the head unit in my 2006 Pontiac Pursuit. He took the time to explain everything to me, what I would need, WHY I would need it, and offered to assist me over the phone if I ran into any trouble. This is my first time doing any kind of stereo work on my car and I'm extremely pleased with the service I received here. Your sales rep made this a very easy installation for me and I'm happy to say it worked immediately on the first try with no issues I would recommend your store to anyone, well done!

I’ve had 2 dash and and I kenwood stereo installed by Sound Advice. Courteous, knowledgeable and respectful staff there and is my “go to” place for car audio systems. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Stay away! If you are looking for sound advice do not go here. I came in looking for a quote to get a basic new stereo for my car, the guy said that the year of my car is a hard installation that would take 2 hours, at $100 an hour, and the sound system would be $130, then gave me a quote of $430 before tax! Where did that extra $100 come from? $100 fee for servicing women's cars perhaps? I drove down the street to Ralph's and they gave me a quote of $270, as it is an easy installation. It seems to me that Sound Advice is not looking out for their customers best interest. Go to Ralphs instead if you are looking for an honest and trustworthy business.

Great service and good prices. I dealt with Mark - he listens and he has 'sound advice'. Needed a new stereo for 1986 VW westy. I told Mark about the issues i had with old speakers and the radio draining the battery. He sorted out those obvious issues, and then he went one further because it needed it, by clearing up the rats nest of too many spliced wires etc between the radio and the speakers. Terrific job, done really quickly and i think the old westy drives better now. Thanks SOUND ADVICE.
