I have been shopping at Sound Factory for over 15 yrs, through several locations and two owners. A great local shop that works hard to give back to the community. Lots of music equipment for your needs and a staff that understands and loves music.

My son and I began guitar lessons with Sound Factory two years ago without a minute of experience. The staff and instructor were welcoming, accepting and encouraging and we've made huge strides in our abilities and knowledge. When I was searching for a new amp, the staff didn't try tp upsell me, but directed me to a model that was appropriate for my abilities where I wouldn't be paying for features I would never use. Great local business.
