I was disappointed that the car hadn't been washed and vacuumed as this is a standard procedure at most dealerships however not at South Coast Ford

Very happy in Ford I've been a Ford fan for more than 50 years I bought a new Escape 3 years ago every since I've had it only had a few small problems that my dealership took care of quickly I would go back there anytime I need work done on my Escape Everyone should look into getting an Escape this one gets up to 999 km to a full tank We have the hybrid model not the plug in kind THE BEST CAR WE HAVE EVER HAD Thanks FORD KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Recently booked an appointment for the $89 oil change package. Was asked over the phone what type of car I had etc. The bill was about $160 and I was not told in advance that the $89 was the "starting price". Was also a giant bolt stuck in the tire as it was driven off the lot.when I complained about all to the manager he did not seem to care at all. Will not go back

Got a oil change and tire rotation done at an excellent price but have ongoing issues with little pain in the a** problems that they can’t seem to solve, they’ve sent a report into Ford engineering, hopefully they come up with a solution

This was not a good experience. New winter tires were put on the car but they were not balanced and the car rode very rough. I had to take the car back in the next day to get it fixed.

I recently leased a new F150 for my electrical contracting company.

This whole experience has not been good. I brought the car in for a safety check and because my engine light was on which I expressed when booking the appointment. I got the car back with the engine light on and had to come back into the service department only to be told that this was not part of the package. I was then told that they would bring the Van back in again and run it through the machine to see why the engine light was on. I was then told that none of the machines were working and only when I said isn’t this really bad considering this is a dealership and why I brought the car in the first place. Then suddenly they found a working machine. I am very disappointed that I actually had to push in order to get this done and was going to be sent on my way not knowing what was wrong with my vehicle.

I went with the Ford dealership for accountability as I have received excellent service with the Ford in North Vancouver

I will never be buying a vehicle or returning my car for service given then lack of professionalism. I am not complaining about the service desk. Its just ridiculous that it was to much work for the mechanics to do a check for the engine light so much so that I was told the equipment wasn’t working when in fact it was.

Called service department to find our about the vehicle I was looking for to but has been service at the dealership. Service Advisor was nice and friendly. Give me the necessaries information that make my decision to buy vehicle from private sale.

Great experience with their service department. Got the part in quickly and even expedited the repair since I was from out of town. Dale was extremely helpful. Thanks guys!
