When my dog had an allergic reaction and needed urgent care, 3 different Abbotsford Veterinarian Hospitals said they were unable to take us. South Fraser Animal Hospital took us with no problem at all. When we got there, the staff were all attentive, kind, and professional. We saw the vet quickly who assessed my dog and administered the medication she needed. He was very thorough in making sure that she was okay, explained in full detail what to keep watch for overnight, and assured me of my worries. He was also incredibly kind and compassionate towards my dog (who typically is a man-hater, but went with him no problem) and provided me with all the necessary information. The staff here are all wonderful and caring individuals and I cannot say enough good things about my experience in a nerve-wracking time!

First visit was a great experience. Fantastic office staff who was on it with assisting multiple clients and offering good advice. Knowledgeable and personable. Vet was also clear and kind while going over care instructions post procedure. They've been great about follow-up communication since then too!

Very thoughtful, always make sure the dogs and cats are separated in the waiting room. Offer lots of options for treatment.

The professional care is outstanding.both my dog and my cat needed their own treatments, i very much appreciated their fair pricing while at the same time managing the proper assessment of their current needs. They both seem quite content today:)

Dr. Mann is truly a caring, compassionate, and a honest veterinarian. He thoroughly explained the procedure our cat would need. He gave us options when other places didn’t. Me and my family were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to afford our cats surgery. We are so thankful we got a second opinion with Dr. Mann. His prices felt fair and honest. Not to mention how kind and courteous his staff were. We had a wonderful overall experience and highly recommend South Fraser Animal hospital.

I found the vetranarian to be excellent. And he treated my dig very well. Chuck doesn't trust alot of people at first but he went with him right away and came out feeling happy. So im happy. However, the women at the front counter, is very very unpleasant. Compared to other places where ive been the girls up front are knowledgeable and friendly, this girl is not knowledgeable or friendly. She is abrupt both in person and on the phone where she hung up on me after being cold as ice when i asked her a follow up question the fay after my visit with my dog there. So just ignore her, and wait fir the doctors because they are great.

DR Mann is an awesome Vet! He is wonderful at what he does, he is so good with the animals, he's very caring! Our dog loves him! His staff is wonderful! Prices are reasonable quality of care is excellente!

Absolutely amazing! The care you receive here is amazing and the doctors and the staff here are so sweet and caring! They are one of the very, very few vets who dont care about money. They care about you and your pet and in doing everything they can for them. I will always and 100% recommend south frazer animal hospital to anyone to asks me a good vet.

Dr. Mann is the most caring doctor I have taken our chihuahua to. The staff is amazing and everyone exceeds our expectations in delivering compassionate care. Dr. Mann also is very good at communicating and explaining his recommendations.

They were friendly and informative. Pet seemed fine after the visit. Not sure what else you need for 5 stars.

Very good experience here, friendly and took care of our kittens spay. The doctor explained everything quite clearly, and the prices seem fair to what is offered. I felt the stitches on our cat could have been not the best and that might have contributed to them blowing out a few days later, but they quickly brought us in and fixed her up. I definitely recommend South Fraser Animal Hospital:)

Had my cat spayed last week and have no complaints. Was quick. Incision is healing well and will be back again soon for the next cat!

My cat had spayed procedure couple weeks ago. It was awesome! She did not have any symptoms of pain or infection! She was playing and totally well after 2 -3 days. You guys are great! Thank you!

I can always rely on them for the best care for the emergencies I've had. Dr. Mann always explains what he is doing and gives me all the options possible.

It’s a vet.during COVID times. I have no idea how good it is. My cat went in, I stayed out. Vet things happened.

Prices were good.cat hated it.all things went as expected.

We would highly recommend Dr Mann and Dr Harpreet to all of our family and friends! They were both very kind, caring and knowledgeable when our young puppy became very ill at Christmastime. I was very happy with my first ever visit there in taking my Pomeranian to get her vaccinations. I know i could choose a much closer vet to me but as I phoned around in a panic to find tape worm dewormer all the other vet clinics said the same thing to me but this clinic said I will do a free exam and get you the dewormer. It wasn't just because he offered a free exam but how he talked to me. One of the clinics i phoned hung up on me. I will be going back to this vet. Thank you for seeing my Hanna.
