Dr. Rolstan and his team were amazing. So efficient and they dealt with my immediate issue on an urgent basis. The clinic uses great technology. The doctor explains things as he goes at an appropriate level. Very happy to have found this dentist!

I first visited South Royal Dental 27 years ago and am a loyal fan ever since. The front desk staff Raha was so courteous and the hygienist Betty Ann was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to work on me diligently and explained everything in great detail. I didn't see Dr. Roston today but he's outstanding. I highly recommend this clinic with absolutely no hesitation!

Dr Kim was great, but I didn't get to work with her beyond the original consultation. After they prescribed multiple cleaning sessions they managed to use up all my dental benefits. After one of these sessions, I discovered one of my tooth was chipped, and when I complained, they tried to charge me to have a dentist look at it. Not coming back. They will also try to call you and try to get you to change your appointment to fit their schedule better. Reception is clueless. When I tried to schedule an appointment to look at the chipped tooth, the reception had trouble finding my file. Avoid the hygienist!

No one in my family enjoyed there experience. From it being painful to unnecessary work being done and uncomfortable crowns. I even wrote an email stating I did not wish to be contacted by the practice any more and they still contact me. I will never go back and I will never recommend.

I had an awesome experience with Dr. Sarah kim and her team. I was worried about one of my teeth which looks decayed but Dr. Kim found out that the crown of my tooth i had treated before was getting old and slightly shaved so it looked like a cavity. She replaced it with a new one and now it looks so nice and clean. I feel so grateful and will definitely come back here again to get a regular check up.

Dr. Hossein is professional and excellent. My mothers face was swallowed by teeth infection and she was in pain and fever. Dr. Hossein did a great job by addressing the issue very quickly and carefully. In few hours work he removed the infections and the teeth. He is very caring and feels responsible for his patients. His follow up after the removal was very appreciated. I recommend him strongly.

Today I came to the clinic for a new examination and just trying to find a new dentist. Saw dr Roston and his assistant and Amy was the recepsionist who helped me from morning wen was really woried about appointment Amy took her time this morning and took care of me. Put a note and told the dentist about my anxiety and explained to me the parking proceeded the payment

Dr. Hussainy is a very skilled dentist. He solved a challenging case with minimal pain. Don't assume all dentist are the same. Staff was efficient and pleasant. They have earned me as a new patient.

With COVID concerns in the past two years, I did not get my cleaning done on the regular basis I had routinely done before COVID. The cleaning was stellar! I am now back on schedule for needed dental concerns and that feels good!

The office staff were welcoming, supportive and understanding.
The hygienist and the new protocol was reassuring and felt as safe as possible in the current climate.
It is very difficult to hear through all the necessary safety measures.

Dr. Hosseini is so professional and expert. He explained all details and answered all my question patiently I had such a bad experience in other dental clinic and was terrified of going to the dentist but thanks Dr. Hosseini I could pass a long procedure of the root chanal safely. Dr. Hussainy and his staff (Leah, you especially) are just superb! Highly competent, friendly, funny, skilled, easy going and amazing with my kids. Everything that a patient and a mom could want out of their family dentist.

Amir is the most gentle and attentive hygienist I’ve ever experienced and even though I only had my first consultation with Dr Hussainy, I feel 100% confident to trust him completely with my dental care.

Dr. Hussainy and his assistant Azadeh are very kind and professional. They were very patient and helpful during my treatment and they did an amazing job.

Had some delicate work that ending up taking 2 hours and the staff, especially Dr Hussainy took all the time to explain what was happening and the pro's and con's of a dental plan we were working on. Plus they knew I was not on a dental plan and they kept costs to a minimum. Highest levels of care and a nice ambiance in the office. Lots of free parking too which may not seem like a big thing but it is when you are rushing to a dental appointment:), plus you can do a bit of shopping at Park Royal

Dr. Husssainy and his team were nice and friendly, they were able to help me for an emergency issue and booked me an emergency appointment for an hour after I made the initial call.
Easy access and easy parking since they are based at Park Royal.
He explained the details of the procedure thoroughly and helped me understand the details to make the best decision.
I am going to call him my dentist from now on

Convenient, on time, communication is constant, I feel very relaxed when I’m in the chair. Over all a very good experience.

In the first couple years after my dentist's practice was bought out by South Royal, each visit was a different hygienist and the couple of staff that made the transition to this new office didn't last too long. Each hygienist was nice but the lack of continuity was a vast and unwelcome change from the previous dentist; they didn't know me.
I decided to try an new dentist a year ago, they were great and I'd planned to never go back to South Royal (traffic was also an issue getting there) however I was 'caught' when they called to schedule an appointment, the audio collection was horrible and the caller ID was the dentist name which I didn't recognize, I assumed it was my new dentist and I accepted the appointment. I only realized my error when they called to update the appointment time and the caller ID showed South Royal Dental. Again the people were nice and this time the hygienist was one that I had once before so maybe there is going to be some stability in staffing.

All staff members were completely professional and extremely helpful, friendly and genuine. I had a dental emergency and they fit me in 30 minutes after I called. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Richard Roston is my new dentist. He's thoroughly experienced and absolutley easy going. Exactly what I need. He translates his knowledge into understandable pieces and hasn't
pressured me for unnecessary work. He puts me at ease during procedures because he's efficient and comforting. The front desk ladies are good. Lisa is knowledgeable with insurance and provided great tips. Ramjeet is polite and friendly.

Dr. Hussein’s Husseiny and his super star Dental Assitsnt Kwan are amazing! They go above and beyond. They can even understand my tooth-talk language. A bonus feature is that he has Netflix on the ceiling so you can enjoy your appointments. Most importantly, Dr. Husseiny is very funny and kind and caring. He is the first Dentist or Doctor who has ever called me to see how I’m doing. The office helps deal with the insurance providers which is a huge relief and always try to find solutions. I look forward to my dental visits because of this Team at Dr. Husseiny’s Clinic. I give this clinic a 5 star GOLD rating (and note: I am hard to please or impress) but they do it every time: make me smile!
